Worst product I've used

I bought this along with quite a few other turtlewax products last week. I used it today on a freshly washed and dried car to remove tiny tar specs. After 10 minutes of soaking it did absolutely nothing. Didn't even soften the tar. I'm not one to leave a bad review unless necessary. I've sent a video to your Instagram account. Would give it zero stars if possible.

Didn't work after multiple applications and soaks

I sprayed this onto multiple spots of road tar on my Jeep and let it soak for a minute. Rubbing didn't remove the spots. I sprayed it again and waited longer, still it didn't remove the spots. I was really surprised because I used the old version many years ago and it worked really well removing the tar. This didn't seem to break it down at all.

Barely Did Anything

I applied per instructions & barely any effects on bugs, sap, and tar. Would not recommend.

Super simple...and super effective!

I bought and used this today, after trying some other brand aerosol spray. This stuff WORKS! Had about a dozen tree sap spots on my front hood. They had been there over a week...I just thought they were dirt marks, not tree sap. Sprayed a squirt on the spot and a squirt into a clean cloth and before I knew it, the, what seemed impeded tree sap disappeared. Great stuff!

Works the best I’ve ever used!

I’ve driven 50,000 in 2 years with my Ram 1500, so obviously I get a lot of bugs caked on and dried to the front grill. I’ve tried everything: soapy water, goo gone, power washing, scraping off the bugs with my literal nails, nothing. Then I used this and it worked like a CHARM! I will say it leaves the spots you’re working on very greasy, so use caution with glass and windows. I have to still wash the truck to get the grease off, but I still keep just staring at the grill. Drive to Florida in back Got a lot of bugs on my brand new truck look for a product to use and found the Turtle Wax bug remover which I have used before and found it to be an excellent product

Great item

With the storm we had in August my vehicle got a lot of tree sap on the hood. I was upset. I called the dealer he recommended turtle wax. It took the sap right off.

Don’t Buy the bug and tar

I bought it to remove the bugs and stained my car.

Hard. To get in auto stores in Queensland.

Been buying this product for years. It can also be used for removing grease from washing machines. But of late it is difficult to find in Australia This often happens to good products.

Does not work

Applied as directed, does not work as advertised. I decided to try again with an ample amount of remover and let it stand for 2-3 minutes even though it says 1 minute and it did not remove a single bug from my car. I used Meguiars ultimate wash and wax to finally get the bugs removed using the same method. Bad product.

VERY disappointed

I purchased this about a month ago and I'm so disappointed in the product. I applied it as instructed and early morning in the shade. It's very hard to remove the love bugs and the product is greasing and leaves a film that takes 2-3 washes to remove.

Destroyed front of car

Tried using this on both my Audi's. Started with my 2013. Nice cool night here in Maine, 64 degrees. Shook well, sprayed on and waited a minute or two. Went to wipe it off and it etched itself into the clear 3M film. Went into full panic mode trying everything to buff it out and no such luck. Car just had bumper and protective film done 4 months ago and auto body shop said has to be replaced. Be careful when using!!!

Didn't work at all

Bought this product to remove Tree Sap from windshield and rest of the car but it didn't work well. Took off some sap from windshield but did not work on car paint at all.

Bugs, Tar and Pine Sap - All Came Off!!!

I took my car on a 3000km trip with other campers late August. Saskatchewan to North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Alberta and back. I purchased this product after getting tar on our brand new white Dodge Durango. I read reviews before the purchase and they were helpful. As I read from a review I spayed all areas needed and let it sit. Came off with no effort.

Great front bumper cleaner

I bought a few weeks ago. I have always hated cleaning the front bumper, especially during the summer. Bugs were always plastered to the front bumper, and grille. Turtle waxes “ Bug and Tar” remover works effectively. Also; it makes it easier to clean the next time you wash your vehicle. I also love the smell of the cleaner. I also use it for cleaning grease under the hood, and the dirt in the door jambs.

Garbage.

Bought and used the same day. Didn't do anything. Dont waste your money.

Amazing

Bought this to use on my new to me Camaro.....bugs, butterflies and who- knows- what all over the front....Followed directions to the letter and it worked great! Did a wonderful job on headlights, too. Quick removal of some tar spots on rocker panels. Also helped with tree sap on roof. Would recommend!

Amazing!

I had tar built up on my car for a few years. I tried everything to get this tar off. I went to numerous different car washes and scrubbed the heck out of my car, nothing worked. Really removes pine tar

About a month ago my car had to be repaired. While the garage was waiting for the parts to arrive my car was parked under a pine tree. Needless to say when I got the car back there was pine sap all over it. I got some Turtle Wax Bug and Tar Remover. I found that the best way to use this product is to apply it to the area, let it sit for 30 minutes and then just wipe everything off easily and an nice shine is left.
