Would RecommendThese rockers are so worth the money! They are comfortable, large, heavy duty, and since they are TREX they will last outdoors for a long long time. I highly recommend when assembling these chairs you do not tighten all hardware until fully assembled. Also best if you have assistance. The parts fit together tightly and if you use a rubber mallet it may help but once assembled and tightened you will LOVE THEM!

Would RecommendThese rockers are very easy to assemble. I ordered 3 rockers. The first one was perfect, the second was missing the back, so I returned it to my local Lowes. I reordered the rocker (3rd one)& it came & was missing the hardware. I called Lowes who called Polywood & put me on the phone with them. They (Polywood) shipped (for free) the hardware in approx. 3 days. I love the quality of Polywood & the rockers are perfect now.

Well made.
Well made, nice looking and very sturdy. A bit of work to put in all the screws (because I don't have an 2-speed drill to do it the easy way) but doable and the hand tool is holding up well. They include one that could fit into a drill. Be sure to do screws all on a side evenly. If you screw one all the way in, it's hard to do the next one.

Would RecommendI just received and assembled 2 chairs. I had to wait over a month for them but I knew that when placing the order. I had no issues with the pieces lining up, assembly went smooth but I waited to put the runners on last so they weren’t in the way. It took a little less than 20 minutes to put each chair together. The runners were a little tricky with getting them started, you basically had to start both screws at the same time to get it to fit with the pre-drilled holes.
Chair returned
Waiting from May until August for delivery (which I knew in advance). When it arrived, the chair was defective. A nail point extended up through the arm of the chair where one would place their forearm. It was an item I had delivered. Customer service initially told me I had to return it to a store. It took some convincing and a supervisor to approve a pick-up. And the order isn't being replaced. Waiting on my refund. Not very good customer service.

Would RecommendChairs feel solid and have a nice appearance. The only flaw is one of the holes on the back leg wasn’t drilled on center and there is a slight offset.
Arrived earlier than expected, assembly was easy even for one person, chairs are very sturdy and comfortable.
