Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was rated as #2 (battery, one-stage) in Consumer Reports. I purchased the snow blower after 2 heavy storms. Most of the work was done to clear my very long driveway. But I needed to clear a wider area to comfortably get my car to the street. The battery has a substantial charge. It ran over 45 minutes. I was able to clear everything. The snow was over 12 inches high. It was easy to use. I actually had fun directing where the snow ...

I think it will work fine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since the purchase I have only had 1 significant 4 inch snowfall to clear so not a lot of experience to go by to review. Handled the Delaware blizzard of 26 - Barely!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First experience was cut short when it hit a landscaping stone the size of an egg. It bent the auger and made a lot of racket which turned out to be a dented auger blade hitting the casing. Next storm I was able to remove 12" plus heavy snow after shoveling a path so that I could remove 4-6 inch paths at a time. Another method was to shovel off about a 4-5 inch layer of snow then the full width of the blower could push through. Battery held...

Not great for heavy wet snow
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good for 6 inch dry snowfall. Does not handle heavy wet snow well. Battery life significantly reduced with heavy snow, clogs easily and wheels become caked with snow easily as well and will not spin. Had an old Toro single stage with the Briggs & Stratton 2 stroke for over 30 years. Sorry I got this one.
