So far it appears to work. It came highly recommended by the Lowes associate who assisted me. He is an avid camper and said this thing works very well.

I bought one for my porch, as I like to sit outside in the evenings and relax. The mosquitoes are horrible where I live and thought this would be a good choice, as Off! stopped making their best mosquitoe repellent. Boy was i wrong!! I've had a week and the mosquitoes are still biting me. Don't waste your money!

Don’t waste your money on this crap.

Does not work as advertised! I started it up and sat on my porch fully expecting not to be bothered by mosquitos. It clearly states works in a 15’ radius, so I set it about 5’ from me. The mosquitos started swarming just after dusk and never slowed down. I moved the thermocell closer and it never made a difference. I even sat it on the floor right in front of me and leaned over it, I could smell it rising up around me, yet the mosquitos never were deterred! It was on sale for $17.98, down from $...

I had high hopes

I thought this was gonna be awesome and would work well. Idk call me an optimist. The first day I noticed less mosquitoes after I had it on. So I was like ok great love this. Had it on for maybe 5 mins. Today I go to use it, turns on like regular (only 2nd use after 5 mins of “on time”). A few minutes in I smelled something other than the cartridge…I go to grab it and it burned my hand, the plastic is starting to melt (who puts plastic over a burning port imo) the webbed top over the replacement...

Works wonders

I’m highly susceptible to bug bites, esp mosquitos, and typically have to limit my outdoor time and use strong bug sprays. We bought this prior to camping in a wooded area. I did not need sprays and ended up with one bite!! It’s amazing. We purchased the non rechargeable option for our camping trip and will be looking for a rechargeable option for home/daily use. I strongly recommend trying this device.
