Would RecommendTomcat rat bait is the best rat bait I've tried I use it on my rental properties and at my own house for the neighbor who refuses to do anything about the rats continuously running across the fence from his property. Squirrels won't touch it but mice and rats love it and they take it home to share with their fellow rats and mice.
