Bought 2, one leaks

Bought two of these in December of 2020. They've been great up until a few days ago. Filled them both up with gas and one of them is leaking all over the floor of my garage. Looks like it's coming from the base of the spout somewhere, but can't quite tell yet. Every time I've checked it out the spout has been full of gas all the way up to the top which seems rather odd. However, it's not useable at all.

Not worth the price

I have purchased two of these, and both broke at the same place--fill hose. Horrible design flaw. Broke in first year. Not worth the money spent.

This can works well, on off valve works good. Cap on hose is poor, comes apart but you can use the piece to cover it'

SureCan't Pour

I purchase this can and bought gas and when I try to dispense the gas nothing came out. Now I am stuck with 5 gallons of gas with no way to get the gas out. to boot the is no way to vent the can. I ended up pouring the gas out of the fill hole. I was unable to see why the mechanism would not allow gas to To make matters worst I place the can on the north side of the house that gets little sun but enough for the tank to bulge and then leak at the connection at the bottom at the joint of the pour...

Great Concept

One of the best ideas I've seen. I'm older, limited mobility and have trouble trying to hold a 5 gal gas can while filling. With this one I can set it on something higher and simply rotate the feed hose to fill the tank. Simple but great idea!

Well Designed and Easy to Use

All gas cans should be this easy to use. The drain spout and hand trigger work seamlessly. Filling my generator's tank is a breeze when compared to old style gas cans. This gas can drains continuously and doesn't need to "glug-glug-glug" to let in air. I don't spill any gasoline when placing the spout into the receiving tank, nor when removing it. Great Gas Can

Unfortunately, these cans are not available in California so we went to Nevada to purchase some. They deliver gas neatly and efficiently without spilling. The system delivers the fuel through a hose from the bottom of the tank. Filling them is a breeze. Great cans! California should allow them to be sold here!

No-Spill Gas Can

After 50+ years of dealing with leaky and awkward gas cans, this design is a vast improvement. Gone are the days of hefting up heavy steel tanks, and then the awkwardness of plastic cans. Metal Clamps Beware, great product otherwise

Love these cans and have a total of 6 to date. If you look at your valve and nozzle assembly, take a look at the base. If it has a metal hose clamp, be sure to check it for breakage prior to using it. I would recommend returning it as it is prone to breakage. My solid plastic have had no issues but two of the metal clamps have broken for what appears to be over pressure while making the connection. Pics show where the plastic elbow has broken on both gasoline and diesel cans.

Love for Refilling

You remember the days when you’d get gas all over the place and spill all over your equipment? Well, that’s all over now with this can. Forget all the old hassles of gas cans because this fixed all of them. Thanks Lowe’s!

Best Gas Can

Excellent gas can. No spills, leaks or mess. I have owned many gas cans and by far, this is the best one ever.

Cheap spout

The Sure an worked very well for about a year then it started at the spout, 6 months later the spout broke completely off, it will break off just give it time

LEAKS

This worked OK for about a year and then it started leaking--around the spout and handle. Checking and tightening all connections made no difference. After getting doused with diesel fuel twice this can is in the trash. It is also very cumbersome for one person to use!

Broke in less than a year

$50 gas can broke at the spout. Only gentle use for lawn mower. Ive got a bad back, so I thought this design would help.

Leaks

The flow is very slow and the nut around the swing spout leaks. Idea is good but need perfected.

Great concept, poor quality spout

Love the concept and using it but after a few uses by me and no one else the spout broke off at the bottom as I was rotating it into position to fill the equipment. The replacement spout is expensive to purchase.

Finally a good gas can!

Finally have a gas can that doesn't leak when pouring and doesn't have a messy nozzle to remove every time you use. Worth every penny of its price.
