Poor quality and service

It took 3 orders to get an undamaged shed delivered to the correct address. I was doubled charged for the second order and have disputed the extra charge through my bank. My wife and I assembled the shed only to find out the doors would not align and close properly even though it was placed on a solid paver base. There is zero tolerance (and I mean zero) for any slope due to the flimsy construction of the shed. Even though it appeared to be an affordable option I should have gone with a shed...

Shed kit pickup

My pickup took only minutes as two associates with one being an experienced forklift operator loaded my package within minutes of arriving. The shed packaged was wrapped in plastic to protect it from weather. This was one less thing for me to do. This was my best Lowes pickup experience ever.

Great shed its exactly what i needed. Pretty simple to assemble. I was able to do 98% of it alone.

Nice quality and cool accessory options.

Was not hard to assemble. Just time consuming. I did need an extra person to put pressure down on roof while I put screws through ceiling. Besides that it was a one man job. Seems sturdy and spacious. There are accessory options online like shelves, hooks, and a loft. If I have a complaint, it'd be that the gable screens weren't in box (not a big deal). I'd buy again without a doubt.

We are placing this in a heated garage and placing a pet door through to a large dog kennel. We live on a hobby farm and due to coyotes loosing our cats. The cats will be safe and warm. This went together so nice. If we would have used it outside we’d have reinforced it and insulated it. Love it.

Send un-opened box because that;s what I paid.

Box looked as open box based on the large amount of tapes and dents and there is MISSING several items (3). I lost a lot of time checking what else is missing. Please let me know what to.
