defective product but it was on sale so....

this particular one was not good. there were no pre-drilled holes and the pre-fab slots for the lid did not line up properly. this item was taped up as a return or opened. I live over an hour away but it was also marked down from $130 to $35 so maybe they already knew something? lol It looks fine as the bottom and sides fit fine and the lid does sit well on top but I simply have to remove the lid versus tilting up and raising with hyd arm as intended as the hardware could not be installed. Good product for a good price

Good product for a great price.

Good size

Good size, fits big square cushions in it and top is flat so it can be used as a table of sorts.

Not worth the money

The screws do not have a place to drill them so you drill right into the plastic. The plastic did not hold the screw in tightly. So the top will not open up. Waste of money

Really bad instructions

My product was damaged and I got it all put together but it doesn’t close right because the lid was damaged I wouldn’t buy this brand again I’m stuck with tis broke box lid the assembly instructions is unclear I would follow the YouTube video instead it has the steps in order

Good to go after slight modifications

Ok quality. Spring loaded door helper is way to strong to use, left it off. Works good without. The bottom is not connected to the sides very good, just popped on. So, I used extra screws with washers to tighten it up.

Suncast Off

Talk about a bad box. Lid did not fit. This thing is a total mess. Quality was not good. I bought it to store some little outside yard work things in. Taking back to the store.

Roomy

These are surprisingly roomy, and easy to assemble. One holds all my gardening supplies, the other holds all my grill supplies on the patio. They seem to be pretty watertight in the rain.

Hardware attatchment is garbage

I agree with the other reviews. I purchased on sale for 35$, worth that price, but not full price. The hardware screws to thin wall plastic and is a complete failure in design. Attractive box and the rest is well made, but they cheaped out where it matters. Total design failure, cmon Suncast!

Cheaply made compared to what I purchase at the big box wholesale store. However, I purchased these because they were marked down to $40 and I just needed them for fertizlizer, dog toys and charcoal. After spending over an hour, repeatly looking at the poorly written instructions, on how to put on the lid......I gave up and decided to just place the lid on top without the hinge. Not worth the clearance price

Bought this on clearance after the summer season. Husband spent an extremely long time to put it together, only for the lid to not fit properly. Looks like it was manufactured wrong. Followed directions to T.

Wouldn't have bought but was on sale- for a reason

Would give this negative stars, there was missing hardware and what we had didn't even fit, we could only (partly) attach it all. What a pain to assemble! Out of curiosity, I took a look at the reviews and found that this was the common theme for this product. It was marked down to $34 (from $134) when we saw it in the store and was the only reason we grabbed it.

The Hardware is the problem

I am very frustrated. The nuts don't go on to the bolts, so I found my own in the workshop. The screws don't fit through the holes in the hinge, so I drilled the holes larger. I gave up on getting the top on correctly and I am not even going to try to attach part G. UGH!!!
