Go slow in one direction and it will work fine.

After a few minutes of figuring the best way to hold the attachment it worked quite well. What I don't like is you can only go one direction or it will roll on you.

Worked as intended

Product performed as expected. There is a learning curve to operate the surface cleaner . The size is right and works best ( glide )on smooth surfaces..

Not so durable

This product started leaking (at the join) in just my 3rd time using it. I sent in a claim but because I didn’t have the original receipt, they would not honor it even with video

Best way to power wash driveways and sidewalks

Easy to install, easy to use, works well. Using this is much faster than the default wand attachment.

The importance of testing

Absolutely worthless. The design is unworkable. Rather than having wheels around the perimeter, it has a brush. That brush catches on the first irregularity it encounters and flips the device up. I tried pulling it and it flips the device the other way. It might work on marble but certainly not on any decking material or outdoor, broomed concrete. I have a bigger, metal one with wheels from a competitor and it works great, but I was trying to set up a system I could carry myself, as I'm very old...

i do not recommend this item. tried it today with my 3000 unit. the pressure would not clean my patio far less the vinyl siding... returned it

Useless. Wobbles and the brush doesn’t slide or spin.

You will achieve a good job much faster

It met my expectations for the price. It did not do an amazing job but it did a good job and much faster than pressure washing my driveway without it.

Piece of Junk

Even with instructions this was the most difficult piece of junk I've ever purchased from the Sun Joe line.. I believe it arrived missing pieces and even with the pieces I still am unsure how it operated. Returning to the store..

It works but is a little awkward to use

This work but I wish it had a little more weight to it. The plastic is pretty light weight so it took me a while to figure out the proper pressure to apply to get it to clean adequately, move smoothly across my drive way. I think if it had a little bit of weight it would be easier to use.

Good, but…

I think this is a good attachment for residential use esp for the money. My driveway hasn’t been clean in 10 yrs so it worked good in some sections but I needed to go back to the 15° Nozzle to get the tough stuff off. In fact I used it for half the driveway. I think this will be great for annual cleanings and glad I have it.

Complete JUNK!

All this is , is a round housing with one row of stationary brushes lining the perimeter. It has an armature with a molder plastic "jets" on each end. The "jets" spin around and do nothing..The row of brushes do nothing other then keep the head off the ground high enough off the surface so the armature came spin. Worst 20 bucks I've spent in a while.
