Great Style, Quality Control Issues

I bought this particular gazebo because it was the closest match to the Lowe's Garden Treasures 10 by 10 gazebo I used from 2018 through 2025, which I loved. The corner panel design (instead of single rods for legs) and the shelves make all the difference in how we are able to use it to dress up our deck. will open when warmer and check for damage. There are a few holes in box.

So far, after 7 months, it's still pretty surdy. However, it takes much more time to build than the specs say, and there are "NO replacement tops" available anywhere for this item.

It's not sturdy at all

The first day I put it up I almost lost it. It's not very sturdy at all and it's hard enough for me to come up with the money to get something but this is terrible. It is terrible.

Have only had time so far to inventory the parts included/required. Have to prepare some areas before I can construct it. The instruction manual/inventory listing didn't show that a "screen" was included and I also didn't find a screen in the package, yet there was supposed to be a screen included. misleading

I purchased this gazebo to have as a screened in area. The description says it's screened. It says the screen is included. We assembled it, and it's beautiful but no screen. I contacted customer service, and I was referred to the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and was told a screen was not included and was transferred to complain. So now I will have to disassemble and return the product or begrudgingly purchase a screen that should have been included. The gazebo itself is beautiful,...

bad quality

The gazebo last less than a year. it's very unstable and weak. it won't last on windy days. It came off in pieces on the first windy days of the year. I won't recommend it.

Canopy

The product was much easier to set up than expected. We also purchased four water weight bags (leg weights) to anchor the canopy.

RUST

I purchased and assembled this end of May 2022. Was very happy with the assembly process. It is now August 1st 2022, gazebo has been up less than three months and most of the solder joints are rusting. I am located in Connecticut and not pleased with the quality of this.

Has withstood high winds

Love everything about it! I did order 10x12 curtains for it that fit perfect.

Bent parts, scraped paint

The first one we received had several bars that were bent. We exchanged it. The second one had a couple of small dents (we decided they weren't bad enough to return it). There were also a lot of scrapes and a few of the poles did not have the push in buttons that secure the pieces together. I guess they fell off? We had to find a screw to fit and then tape it in place. Really irritating but the thing was mostly set up and too much trouble to return at that point. It is a nice looking gazebo but ...

On the flimsy side. Pieces were already broken before the item was even assembled.
