It was exactly what I wanted it to be, perfect for my outdoor space.

Gorgeous and great quality

This is surprisingly so sturdy, comfy and of course, beautiful. As others mention I wish you could unzip and wash cushions but other than that I highly recommend this sofa.

Rotten customer service.

I like the product but it came without the manual or the hardware and one piece was damaged. It had clearly been sold and opened by someone else and recycled without inspection. While I was able to get the hardware and instructions pretty quickly, it has now been over a month and despite multiple calls, no one is contacting me regarding the damaged piece as they said they would. I have now gone through TWO - 7-10 business days periods where I was supposed to be contacted by the supplier/manuf...

My favorite room is outside

[Employee of lowes] We bought the whole set. Sofa, 6 chairs, and ottomans. My wife matched them with tables and a firepit, to create an outdoor living room. The whole line is quality built and very comfortable, but you need covers for them.

Cushions

Have had this for a year. Shipping was fine, easy to put together, however, the cushions are a total disaster. The seat cushions are inferior foam/material and deteriorate almost immediately. The cover material is also inferior and quickly stains and nearly impossible to clean. Spend more and get something with quality cushions so you don't throw good money after bad. The estimate to replace the seat cushions with quality foam and outdoor fabric was $800 from an upholstery shop.

Good looking piece, but lots of other problems

Stylewise I give this sectional and the whole set 5 stars, it looks great. But the experience so far has been terrible, and as of this writing I cannot even use this $1000 couch I bought. Here's all the issues we've had: 1) We never received an estimated delivery date from the shipper, Estes. There was supposed to be prior contact for scheduling but the only notice we got was a very generic text that looked like spam informing us that "a shipment" was going to be delivered in 5 min.There was n...

Stunning

This set is beautiful and well made. Great seating option for my Carolina room. I wanted a high quality outdoor set and this fit all my criteria.

We loved the appearance which was different than most other similar pieces. It is well made and strong. For the price, i believe it is outstanding value.

Sleek and Comfy

I love the comfort and sleek look of this product and it's very comfortable. It may not be the best for taller people as the width of the couch is ok for anyone under 5'7 but my husband is 6' and he likes the corner seat as that is the most comfortable for him and gives him the ability to stretch appropriately.

Delivered damaged and we pay to return

Item was delivered damaged. See the images. There's no way this was boxed up for delivery without someone knowing it was broken. Now there's a fight to have them come pick it up. We were told to print a label and drop a sectional at the carrier. What????????? So, don't buy it unless you pick it up and be sure to pull the box apart at the store before you put it in your truck.

Customer service

I loved the sectional but they sent 2, charged for 2 and haven’t gave me my refund yet. It was picked up last week and I need my money.
