Would RecommendI like the capacity, 10 pounds. Less time between refills. I like the metal roof. The rest is plastic, and it only lasts a few years before becoming brittle. It gets difficult to refill due to the roof not fitting the plastic couplings over time. Squirrels can get to it even if suspended in the air. This is my second purchase of the same item.

Would RecommendI’ve used this model feeder for many years and have been happy with the quality. My old feeder has tabs on the top edge of the plexiglass that the feeder top connects to to keep squirrels from opening the feeder. This new feeder is made exactly like my old one, but does not have those locking tabs. I’ll have to devise some method to keep the top secure.

Lid does NOT lock in place!?!?!
Would Not RecommendWe bought another one of these since our other one broke. Either they sent us the wrong lid or the wrong feeder. The other lid locked into place. This new one has rubber along the top edge of the feeder with no way to lock the lid in place! Were we sent the wrong parts!? How do you lock the lid?
