Would RecommendWe initially were going to install ourselves along with the coordinating tub, But we quickly realized it was just a bit beyond two diy’ing women. We hired a friend who has much experience and this was so easy for him. Click in place, nail to stud! We are really happy so far!

Shelf makes it feel narrow
Would Not RecommendWe had to exchange the first one that we inspected in the store because we found manufacturer defects on the fake tile once we were able to get it fully unpacked. It feels pretty solid and so far I like it better than our previous acrylic surround walls. It’s installed but not yet in use but just standing in it I can tell the shelf will make it feel more narrow than our previous version because it is at about elbow height instead of down low like our previous one. It’s something I hadn’t thought...

Very simple and effective tub surround :)
Would RecommendI like tile, but my husband said "no" as we have an older house. So I searched high and low for a surround that would look nice and fit 60x32 Kohler Underscore tub. I really like the simple shelf design. I picked Sterling because it's a Kohler brand and I thought it would have the best chance of being compatible and seamless.
