Not 35 qt… is 29 qt.

This is advertised as 35 qt unit but once it arrived it was actually a 29 qt wastebasket… just used it as is rather than return it and worked fine. Not sure how long the soft close mechanism will work… seems lightweight but time will tell.

Lasted one year

This product is too expensive to last only one year. The pieces of plastic that connect the handle to the rack cracked. I purchased this one year ago and am so frustrated that I need to replace it so soon.

Very flimsy for the price.

This item is extremely flimsy for what I paid. I will absolutely be replacing it in the near future and going for a different brand. It also needs a ton of fabricating if the door isn’t a swing open style.

hidden garbage can

Using a cabinet to hide and sort the recyclables from trash has improved the look of my kitchen. This worked out great for me.

An upgrade from the original we bought 8 years ago

We bought on about 8 years ago and have decided to replace it because the track is no longer pulling fully out. (80 lb Labrador hit it at full speed) This one has a nice soft close feature, better installation plates, and went in in less than 2 minutes. However, after 3-weeks, the clip on the handle broke and now I have to go find new ones from the manufacture. See how this goes.

Im happy with this item, installing was really fast not tools to buy,it fitted perfectly.

Doesn’t work!

Was excited to install this, pretty easy to install but it totally falls apart when you pull it out. It only clips to one side so when you pull only one track extends and everything tumbles out. Complete waste of time.

Easy to install if you read the instruction, soft close aspect is nice. No complaints

Does the Job

With my new kitchen I didn't have any floor space to put a trash can, this worked great. The bins are a little small, but bigger than the ones they carry in the store. I'm not sure if I got the 1 bin option if the bin would have been any bigger. Would definitely buy again.

Frustrating

The unit was really easy to install, especially when using the YouTube video as a reference. Unfortunately the soft close worked for two days and now it doesn't. Don't know why. Additionally, we have the unit attached to the door and it is constantly coming loose. It is difficult to tighten and will only stay tightened for a day before coming loose again. Essentially all of this within the first two days and now it's perpetually broken on two fronts. Frustrating.

pull out trashcan

In theory it is great. However, it is not sturdy at all. Because the two sides are not in some way linked together it is flimsy and doesnt pull out evenly. I've had to fenagle something together so that it is more usable. It still is not good.
