Shell Rotella T6 is the best heavy duty oil on the market. Price point for superior protection attracted my attention back in 2015. I have been through three 6.6L Duramax vehicles since and not one issue with engine wear. From extreme heat to Midwest winters this oil constantly performs.

The Very Best!

I am using this in my new John Deere tractor. It flows well in winter making cold starts easy. It’s is resistant to thermal breakdown as I have had this oil in my tractor long enough to see oil consumption is virtually non existent. You spend. Lot of money for a diesel so you want to make darn sure it hold up to hard use can throw at it; even with that, the oil has not changed color. Durability and longevity is what I want in my investment and Rotella will take me there!

t6 15-40 shearing the oil short time

i have buying t6 full synth 15-40 for my two powerstroke 05 ford 6.0 diesel and 08 ford 6.4 diesel in my 6.0 engine i change every 2000 and at the most 3000 miles and because after 1000 the shearing is very noticable at 500 miles its completely black i now the 6liter are hard on oil but i have spent well in the thousands in oil changes just year rotella t6 nothing else

Works in my Kawasaki Versys

Did some research, and found out that the T6 15-W40 oil has all the necessary certifications to be used in a motorcycle, even with a wet clutch. This oil is a quarter as expensive as the Castrol or Motul oils I was running before, and at least around 2k miles in, it seems to run just as well.

I have been running T6 Rotella in my Envoy, this vehicle has 343000 miles on it now and continues to run very well.

This stuff is excellent. I add this to all my vehicles, my Escalade, X5, Q7, Explorer, Silverado... on my German cars I add Ceratec. Per oil analysis, it does excellent.

Lives up to the claims✅

I’ve legit been using this oil in my trucks since 2013 and haven’t touched anything else since. This oil has saved me much money and kept my trucks from being placed out of service due to engine and turbo issues.

Problom solver

I use T6 5W-40 for all non catalyst engines from small engines to tractors and older gas trucks. I live in ND where the temps range from -30F to 100F in a season and this oil has performed excellent in both gas and diesels. The only thing that sucks is the ZDDP will smoke o2 sensors in newer vehicles so I quit using it there. Nice to have one oil do the job of three.

I have well over a 100,000 miles on my 2017 GMC L5P , it does not burn a drop and don’t have to change as often, no issues what do ever

I have been using ROTELLA Full Synthetic for 10 years in my Honda ST1300. I Change it every fall when putting the bike away for the winter. I have 180000 km on the bike. It does not burn a drop of oil. This bike is not a stranger to the far side of the speedometer.

ONLY OIL I WILL USE

I USE THIS IN MY 2000 CATERPILLAR 6NZ, AVG ABOUT 5.9 MPG. I ALSO USE THIS IN MY FORD 6.0 POWER STROKE, MY HONDA VTX 1800 STREET BIKE AND KAWASAKI BRUTE FORCE 750 SINCE IT HAS THE JSOMA RATING.

I've used the Rotella T6 5w-40 for years and years in motorcycles with wet clutches, trucks, and tractors and had no problems. Most notably I've used it in: 2004 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100 (wet clutch) and put 30k+ miles on it and I used it in my 2011 F-150 for it's entire life (bought new). I have a 17 year old Volvo TAMD41P-A diesel in my 31' recreational trawler. Can't use what you can't find

Been trying for months to get moreT6. Luckily I had enough for my last oil change but I like keeping it on hand. I can not find why and when the shortage will end. Next change I will be looking for other brands

Ram 3500

Bought my 2011 Ram 3500 Cummins 6.7 in 2012 with 300 test miles on it. Put Shell Rotella T6 in it right away and have run nothing else. Great oil, but hard to find right now.
