Small Carousel Countertop microwave

It’s wonderful. Works great and has a lot of heft for being so small. The only thing I don’t like is the black interior.Tough to see the dirt!

Small but does every thing, just takes less space

Small kitchen, limited counter space and needing a microwave that still performed like larger models this Sharp microwave exceeded my expectations. Frozen dinners, dinner plates and bowls easily fits inside the microwave. Cooks items according to time on packages, bacon comes out crisp and water for instant cereals or drinks heats just as fast compared to larger models. Design is stylish and stainless steel finish is easy to keep clean.

The unit operates as it should. It wasn't overly expensive. The clock face LEDs are failing. I don't understand why. To replace it is prohibitively expensive. Unacceptable.

Sharp Microwave

I have always had Sharp microwaves. This one lasted less than 2 years. It turned on by itself and nothing I did stopped it so I pulled the plug. I have pets and I would never trust even a repair if it did that while I was out of the house. Plus, this one was more flimsy. Will chose another brand going forwar

Touchpad fails too quickly

I like the size and look of this product, it fits into our space nicely. However having now owned two of them I will not buy again due to the touchpad failing quickly. After less than a year the buttons start responding randomly and then become completely useless. Only two users and mostly used to reheat or thaw items.

This microwave is pure quality!

I absolutely love this product. It helped my life. It helped my ways to cook lately and it saves me time I need and it’s pure quality. It’s amazing. I 100% recommend.

Powers on by itself.

Randomly powers on and turntable spins by itself. Didn't feel safe leaving plugged in. Trashed.

Randomly turns itself on

We are on our second microwave of this model. Both of them started randomly turning themselves on. The first time, I thought it may be a fluke problem with the product. The second time, it's clear there's something else going on with this model. Upon looking at all of the other 1 star reviews, there is clearly a manufacturer's defect. Do not buy!

Never worked for long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product in the end of February 2024 and it didn’t even last me six months. I just found out that it had a warranty and I just registered. I would have been got the warranty effective, but I didn’t know about it, but I am glad that it did have a warranty so now the company will either refund my money or give me another one so it is a good company. Don’t leave it plugged in!

So far no issues. After I purchased this microwave, I read many reviews that stated that in many cases the microwave just starts by itself. This hasn’t done that yet, but really concerns me. People that had this problem didn’t get much help. Hopefully this won’t happen to me. Had I read the reviews, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it. Fingers crossed.

Worked for barely one year

We’ve had this microwave for just over a year. As a previous user posted, today it just randomly decided to turn on and will not turn off. The light is on and the plate is spinning but when plugged into an outlet it won’t turn off. Bizarre and disappointing that a device would only work for 1 year. Reached out to SHARP but they seem difficult to contact.

It's a scam

I wish I had read the other 1-star reviews before purchasing this; I had the exact same experience as others. Problem #1 is that the microwave suddenly started turning on by itself after a few years of normal, uneventful use. I came out to the kitchen one more and it was running--there's no heating, thankfully, but the light and fan turn on and the turntable spins.
