I’ve owned this mop before, wandered off for a “fancier” Bissell with all the bells and whistles… and came crawling back. The Bissell looked cool until I actually used it.. just extra stuff trying to seem high-tech. The Shark? Simple, powerful, and gets the job done without overcomplicating life. Awful mop. Don’t waste your money on this.

This mop drives me absolutely nuts. I expected so much better from Shark. Whoever designed this should be canned. You can’t hang it in your closet like you do your brooms and other cleaning things. The handle is the wrong way so you have to just sit it on the floor somewhere in your closet or wherever.. The stream also does not come out evenly on the floor. If my lights aren’t turned on bright enough I will miss half the floor. I will mop and area and turn at a different angle and there is a som...

Amazing

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop doesn't take too much room which is great. It starts working within a few mins of being turned on. Comes with 2 mopping pads. I've used the washing machine to clean the pads. It does pull in a lot of dirt after jsut a few mins of sweeping across the floor. It is sort of hard to push around so would be hard to cover large areas

LOVE IT!

There are levels of steam depending on how dirty the floors are. I use both sides of the cleaning pad before I wash it. It does an awesome job cleaning my floors and they dry super fast.

Amazing steam mop

I used it on hard wood floors.. tiled floors and even steamed my carpets. My floors really shined and showed me how much just using a regular mop was missing. Give this 10 thumbs up and really recommend!!

Super cool mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never had a steam mop before and this one is wonderful! It holds quite a bit of water and I didn’t need to refill it to do my downstairs. It heated up really quickly and got quite a bit of gunk off of both my wood and laminate floors.

I hate mopping. Pulling

I hate mopping. Pulling out buckets of water and chemicals, waiting for the floor to dry, and not even sure the floor is cleaned/disinfected. Then there is the clean up. I saved up for this steamer, so happy I did. My floors are clean and sterile.

Excellent Easy Cleaning!

I find it better than Swiffer wet jet and the dirt comes off without much scrubbing.The ability to select steam level is definitely a plus. Definitely would recommend.

Clean and sanitize at the same time

I used it to clean my tile floors that I had previously only used traditional mop on and the difference was amazing! So much cleaner and brighter! Got rid of dull film that had built up over the years. Lightweight and simple to use.

Steam is a natural way to make sure it is clean. It is easy to place the pads on and also easy to add water. With each pump steam come out so you know it is consistent. Awesome mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t say enough about how much i love this mop. It was easy to set up and it’s lightweight for easy maneuvering around the house. I have tile and ceramic floors in my house and the steam mop works perfectly. The mop truly gives the floors a deep clean that a regular mop just can’t do. i even use the mop on my tiled shower wall. The map helps me reach the places higher up that I would normally be able to reach.

It is perfectly sized for any job and we have even been using it in our travel trailer. It heats up super fast and stays hot the entire time. It does not require going over and over the same spot, as it gets it clean the very first time. Absolutely love it and glad to have another Shark Steamer!

Works Well

However, it does feel like it may not hold up with heavy use over time as some of the other reviewers mentioned. Overall though, it’s not overly expensive so I didn’t expect it to be super durable.
