High Hopes Dashed

I own a Shark ZU102 Rotator Pet Upright Vacuum with PowerFins HairPro and absolutely love it. I was looking for a handheld vacuum with similar technology for my car. This seemed to be the closest and it was on sale at a local store so I picked one up. HUGE disappointment. The suction isn't very powerful and it barely removes pet hair. I ended up having to bring my vacuum outside to clean my car. I guess Shark products are a hit or miss.

Do not buy if you need a handheld to last more than 10 minutes after charging for 6 hours each time! What a fail!

I received mine and I tried it out and it does not suck for some so powerful it has no suction to pick up dog hair I wasted my money

I love love this vacuum but there is a major flaw on this vacuum. The part where you attach the attachments is plastic and it has chipped/broken. With that being said I am only able to only use one attachment because the others ones just fall off. For the price this should be changed to something better. Either then that the suction is very good, it has a good run time for it being a hand-held vacuum.

Strong suction. I think the release for the garbage dump can be improved, other then that great!

Cheaply made

It’s an excellent vacuum, however it has one problem. The housing is made of plastic and a cracks very easy, although the warranty covered it the problem happened to me twice already, and I could just imagine that this will break again when it is off warranty and will have to be thrown away, so I’m not very pleased with this vacuum.

Junk

I bought this and i initially loved it. It slowly started getting more and more difficult to turn on until it eventually stopped. I bought a second one and the same thing happened both within 6 months.

Serious Design Flaw

I'm having the same exact problem as reviewer"pistol." The inlet tube where the various accessories plug in has a good size chip in it It started out as a small crack then got bigger until an entire piece chicken off. This problem causes major issues with suction power as well as the vacuums ability to hold any of the accessories in place. Disappointed in the Durability

While I love the suction and ease of cleaning the vacuum, I too have been very disappointed in the durability. The plastic collection section is very brittle. The attachment end began cracking almost immediately. I liked the vacuum so much that I added duct tape and rubber bands to reinforce the attachment end, which has made it last longer but doesn't allow for the brush attachment to be added or for it to be clean completely. Great for Removing Pet Hair on Fabric Upholstery a

I use the Shark Cyclone pet pro on my couches, stairs and anywhere else I can't fit my other vacuums. I have a German Shepard that sheds like crazy. This handheld vacuum has an attachment that is specifically designed to remove longer dog hair that gets embedded in the fabric. The attachment works well because the roller pulls the hair out. Great handheld vac!

This is the best little handheld vac! Charges quickly and easy to clean. The warranty is amazing and came in handy when ours bit the dust after some heavy use. Well worth the money!

I bought this a couple months ago and thought it would have more suction and more run time. I also have a hard time opening the dust collector lid on it. I have to use a key or knife to get it to open.

High expectations

Sorry to say but it did not remove dog hair in my car. I was very disappointed.

Bought this product less than 90 days and has completely stopped working. The power button started to go out and would have to press several times. Then completely stopped.

I love Shark products. The Dual Cyclone Pet Pro is amazing and fits right in with the family. Convenient and powerful, it gets the job done. Great for small spaces, vehicles and more.

With over five pets, we have gone through a few of these and this is one of my favorites. It handles Pet hair very well. I would buy it again. I would recommend it.
