I bought this vacuum on march 6 and I was vacuuming the floors when it just overheated. Now it doesn’t work. Worst vacuum ever

I bought this vacuum over a year . During my first vacuum it must have sucked up a rock. Instantly my roller on the motorized floor nozzle broke in two places making it worthless to use on the floor. Was able to use the lift away section a few times, but put it in closet after buying a different brand. Cleaning closet today I came across this vacuum. Great suction

I love my new Shark navigator lift-away. It is the second one I've purchased. Over the years I have had several different brands of vacuums but Shark is the best. It has very strong suction. It easily comes apart for cleaning.and replacement of parts and filters. For me there is no better vacuum. If there is one thing I don't like its that it is tall and will tip over occasionally.

Nice vacuum . Good suction. Convenient and lightweight. I like the attachments but they don't lock into the handle mechanism so they tend to slip out especially when cleaning couches and couch pillows. Also the length of the house causes the vacuum to tip and stub your toe. Add the handle attachment and u get more reach but still tips over and you end up dragging the vacuum or damaging a foot

I bought this November of 2024. The part where the head swivels broke almost immediately and now the roller isn’t working. My other shark lasted 8 years. Very disappointed

Do not buy this vacuum- it is incredibly loud on the carpet setting, the suction is fine on bare floors and almost impossible to move on carpet. The suction adjustment does nothing to help moving it, even on low pile carpet,

Swivel detachable vacuum base broke off

I bought this vacuum in September 2024. Initially, it worked great. The vacuum suction lifted dirt embedded in my carpet left behind by my old vacuums and the swivel vacuum helped navigate tight corners. The HEPA filter effectively traps dust which helped with people with allergies. The cons are that the hair wrap must be cleaned after each time I vacuumed my carpet and the assessories do not stay on the accessory holder on the vacuum. This is my second one! Great suction, light weight just wish the hose was longer and the ceviche tool was longer! I find this hard to use due to the awkwardness of the hose and length!

I knew this vacuum was good based off of the TikTok Reviews, but it exceeded all expectations! I plugged it in, and got to vacuuming a little patch of carpet. The amount of dust and dirt it picked up was INCREDIBLE. I clean regularly, so I was surprised. I thought Such a great purchase, a little pricey, but SO worth it!

Good suction but couldnt do rugs

This vacuum would not vacuum our rugs like our 10 yr old Shark did and another vacuum. We got a red light every time. We had to return it

Very good vaccum

Works well on pet hair

I have two German Shepherds. It picks up the hair very well. I didn’t realize I needed the extender because if you don’t also buy the extender, it doesn’t really work very well once you detach the hose part. It top over very easily.

Great suction

I bought this earlier this month and it definitely has suction. I had the old model which I loved because it detached to go under furniture, this one doesn't. Wish I would have noticed that before I used it or bought it 😕

Gets Every Bit of Dirt on All Flooring Types

I purchased my second Shark vacuum after trying a couple different brands and never feeling like I was able to get the same level of clean as my previous one. Switching back to Shark was the right choice! This vacuum easily maneuvers to get every corner and leaves nothing behind, with the perfect cord length that has great reach but is easily stowed when not needed! It's fairly light and glides easily across all floors. The dirt/dust compartment is also super easy to remove and dump.

Not satisfied, its heavy to lift up&manipulate

Perfect to store.

I love my shark navigator. It's easy to get into hard places. Easy to put away and store. It gets almost every stain out of my run and also gets my floors clean to.
