Not good to whiten the grout.

Great job in cleaning my ceramic floor. But didn’t clean grout the way I thought it would.

Broke 30 days after warranty expired.

First unit worked get and liked the product. One year and one month and it quit working. Liked so I will try another one to see if it last any longer.

Love the Pocket mop system

Works great. The extra steam took off stuff that other things didn't take off. The only reason I did a four. Was because it's heavier than the original one I had. Was not a double-sided mop system.

Clean floors finally.

Steam cleaning got rid of residual dirt. Vacuum first with Shark Robot and then finish the job with Shark Genius.

Steam STOPPED working! VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I was really happy with this mop but it stopped blowing steam. I had taken all the troubleshooting steps to make it work. Removing water and cleaning any build up in the steam hose. Called customer service and they were not able to replace it for me.

so much better than traditional mops

only wish is that it stood on its own. cord length is great. love the fact my floors are not longer soaking wet every time i mop.

I have used this product twice. It is very very difficult to open and place the mop on in order to use. I do not recommend this product-Sharp Genius steam mop

Omg I'm so in love with shark genius ! Mop the floor is not a problem anymore . It's really easy to use and it's ready in a few second. It let me sanitized the whole house super fast ! You don't need to use any product , because all the germs and virus are killed by the power of the steam . I love the fact that I don't even have to touch the mop , cause you can easily drop it just by pushing a button. This mop system just save my life

Doesn’t work

My husband bought me the shark genius as a surprise when we got our new house. It doesn’t get hot, there’s no steam unless I flip the pad upside down and angle the handle, and even after mopping the floor with it, I still have to go back over spots with my regular mop. I loved the original steam mop, but greatly disappointed in this one.

Hands down recommend. You can buy extra pads which is great! It heats up extremely fast and leans the floors so clean. I use to use swifter and totally ditched it and only use this now.

We (me and my wife) are very happy and enjoy using our Genius. Best use of our money.

I havent used it enough at this point to know what I think of it.
