II bought an electronic combination locking safe. It arrived at 8:30 Friday night. I'm an old man. My help had gone home. I struggled to get it into my office, unpacked and placed. I read the instructions; and went to open it only to find that the safe was locked shut; and the batteries in the locking mechanism were dead.

Easy to use and secure.
Would RecommendEasy to use, large safe. But it doesn't lock automatically when closing the door, you have to manually move the handle. I don't like that.

Would RecommendThe enameled finish makes it easy to slide without marring the floor but also too slippery to lift easily. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 is that unlocking it requires a specific touch on the handle. Though in some sense that might be good, since it means anyone unfamiliar with it would have difficulty opening it, even if he knew the combination..
