Not as effective as adhesive carpet dots
Would RecommendThese worked fine moving a heavy desk, but the legs of the desk put quite a deep indent in them. We used large ones so that there was some flexibility in placement as the desk was very hard to lift and we didn't want anyone to get hurt trying to fit smaller slides. I would def not leave these in place for future moving. For that I would use what looks like adhesive-backed carpet dots.

No self adhesive
Would RecommendI put these underneath the feet of a heavy recliner. Since they have no adhesive surface I used double stick tape in hopes that they would stay put.
