Not enough glue on the sponge

I bought a big box at a club that had a wand and quite a few refills included. The first sponge head fell off after a few days, so we used a replacement thinking it was a fluke. But that sponge fell off as well as the next two. The sponges don't last long on the wand, only a few uses.

Two out of three defective sponges

Have been using scotch beige sponge wand for years. Lately, the quality/construction of the sponges is unacceptable. The base is not attached to the sponge in the correct area, so when you place it on the wand, you loose all the dishwashing liquid in the wand. Glad I didn’t throw away the old sponge until after I tried the other Two.

Broke before first use - Twice

I bought one to clean my shower door. The gray plastic piece that holds the sponge on broke as I was preparing to fill the handle. I can use it, but only if I hold the sponge in place, which is not convenient for what I need to do. I assumed it was defective and bought another one. Same thing. If there is a trick on how to take the sponge off without snapping the plastic in two, it should be printed on the package.

While it's nice to have a wand to rinse dishes, the 'scratchy' pad isn't stiff enough to actually get stuck on anything off and gets clogged easily. That said, if you are using it for just rinsing dishes you are putting in the dishwasher, it's fine.

terrible, broke after 3 uses

I used this for simple dishwashing the inside of cups and such, not even hard scrubbing and the sponge part tore right off of the back after only 3 uses. I was very disappointed :(

Dishwashing liquid leaks through sudsing button

I love the shape of the sponges on these dishwands, but ever since you added the sudsing button, they leak dishwashing liquid where the button is. An older version of your dishwand had a solid handle, with no button, and it was SOOOO much better! Please, PLEASE bring that one back!

Scrub Dots Dishwand new head very disappointing!

I have been using your dishwands for many, many years and have always loved them. Now with this new style, having the hole in it, the soap leaks out constantly. I do not live alone, so storing it in a certain position is not possible. This is the only brand my store sells, it will be very disappointing to stop using it. Waist of a lot of money with expensive soap going down my drain.

New design HORRIBLE

The new hole design leaks dish detergent everywhere. I have bought a new wand and new scrub pads and nothing fixes it.

Head falls off. How i sthis thing supposed to work

I just bought this Scotch-Brite Scrub Dots dish wand and as soon as I took the cardboard piece off the head fell off. I put it back on but there is nothing holding the head on the handle. Looks like it is defective right out of the wrapper. What a piece of junk.

Subpar

I love that I can use it and not get my hands wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have actually purchased this product prior to getting selected to review it. I enjoy using it because I can fill the wand with my cleaner of choice. Also it works great to clean those pots and pans that need a little extra love.

Stole it from my daughter!

Bought this for my daughters dorm room, figured it would be so easy to clean dishes. She brought it home this summer so I tried it out, I love it makes cleaning pots and pans super easy!

New Scrub Dots dishwand refills not effective

I bought and have been using the new Scrub Dots dishwand refills for about one month. Unfortunately, I have found these refills to be a disappointment. Unlike previous styles of refills I have used these are the least effective in easily or completely cleaning cooking utensils or dinnerware. I will not be purchasing this style again.

Just so...so

It holds a good amount of soap. The scrubber is a nice size and a good shape too. But the suds didn't come through the front very well. They foamed out the sides and top more. There isn't any flat spot on it so you can rest it on your sink to dry, it falls over. Would be nice if the filler cap was flat so it could stand up on...

Easy To Use Dish Wand That Does Not Leak Soap!

I can happily say that I have been using this on a daily basis for about a month now and it has worked flawlessly. I have not had any dish soap leaking out of the handle and the scrubbing dots seem to do a great job getting things clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a free sample to try, thankfully. Unfortunately its not what I had hoped for. The scrub part wasn't strong enough to scrub much and the soap leaks out of the handle where you push the button to add soap to the sponge, so every time i pick it up there is a puddle of soap and the handle is slimy with soap. Very glad I hadn't actually purchased this item.
