I’ve been searching for these sponges as I used to buy and use them and loved their performance. Like others have mentioned, they clean well, are durable, and resist getting that nasty sponge smell that all other sponges I’ve tried seem to get. Please bring these back!

I've been using this sponge for years and it is my favorite! No complaints - works like a charm!

So much for Non-Scratch

Purchase the scotch brake Greener clean non-scratch scrub sponge. Use it on my brand new black stainless steel kitchen tub sink and left scratches and swirl marks. I would not trust this on any surface that you would not want it scratched. Since it's displayed right in the name of the product non-scratch I believe you have a legality issue here and wonder how you'd like to solve it. Now I am trying to submit this review and click zero never would I recommend this product and your website is not...

Inflation / durability

With inflation happening, prices go up and product durability goes DOWN. The sponges would last quite awhile before inflation, but now they seem to last a week. They clearly charge you more for poor product. DISGRACE!!! Time to buy knock off!

Unusual, ugly, and perhaps unsafe

I expected an advanced, environmentally-friendly product but got to scratch my head over. After one week of light use the fibers started coming off. It's unusual, ugly, and perhaps dangerous for health. I wonder what happens with the fiber particles that stick to a dish being washed? Was this sponge properly tested? I fear it definitely isn't at par with the established 3M quality. I discarded the whole package I purchased.

Bring back the rectangle!

I've been buying these sponges for years and really like them. However I don't like the S shape at all. The ends stick out when you squeeze them. Why change the shape, because another brand did? I like the rectangle shape much better. Now most sponges are S shaped which gives less options. Don't adopt another brands shape when the rectangle was just perfect. Change it back please.

Used to love, but they are now worthless.

I have purchased the rectangular non-scratch scrub version for about a decade. I highly recommended them to everyone I knew. They lasted a month or more. I recently purchased the newer s-shaped versions, which barely last a week, which is NOT green. Plus I displike the shape. Epic redesign fail, Scotch-Brite.

Color looks dirty with one use

I bought this as a green alternative to the regular scotch-Brite pads. At the end of the first day of use they looked like a dirty overly-used sponge. Would love to see these in a color that doesn’t look like they are dirty before use.

Stupid new shape!

We've been using these for years, and like them a lot. The rectangular version, that is. The current "wave" shape is wrong in every way. It doesn't fit either of our hands, unless we use the wrong side, or the wrong hand. Making a handed sponge (one that works better for left or right handed people than the other) has to be the dumbest marketing decision in the history of ever. This sponge shape is so ugly!

I used to love the straight-sided Greener Clean Non-Scratch Scrub Sponge and would stock up with several packs at one time. I also recommended them to others. I am so frustrated that the straight-sided design is no longer available. The curved shape that is available now is extremely tacky and I won't be buying these sponges any longer.

disapointed in product

why doesgreener clean non scratch scrub sponge sponge side turn a blackish color that looks moldy in two weeks. I alway rinse thouroughly after each use. I love 3M products been using your products for many, many years. sorry to say this product is a no go for me.

The best sponges that don’t scratch

These are the best kitchen pot sponges I’ve used. They are gentle on my non stick pots and pans, and don’t leave scratches. They are priced well and hold up for many uses. These are also really handy for cleaning my bathtubs and showers. I love that they are made from plants too!

Items foster mold in package

I bought these thinking I would help sustainability but something about yhem creates black mold in the sponge in the package. I used one from a package of 6 and now the resy are filled with black mold. Its not my closets. Its the item and packaging

Disappointed

Used my Scotch-Brite Greener Clean heavy duty sponge today for the first time and was so disappointed. The plant fibres kept falling out as I attempted to clean a sink. I have used your sponges for many years and they have always been the best. I can't understand how this product ever made it to market.

BRING BACK THE RECTANGULAR VERSION PLEASE!!

I love these sponges because they are plant based and biodegradeable and have been buying them since they first appeared. Unfortunately, 3M decided to change the shape to curvy in the past year or so, and it is much less easy to hold and use. Even the surface area seems smaller- though it may not be. Anyway, it's an awful update. I purchased all the rectangular ones I could find locally over the past year, including opting for the heavy duty version just to avoid the impractical revised version....

Greemer scrub sponge doesn't last.

I was happy to see and try the greener scrub sponge, but withing a couple of weeks it was de-laminating and rolling up and falling apart. I use it many times a day since I don't use or have a dish washing machine. The standard scrub sponge lasts for weeks and weeks.

Mold

I bought this product a week ago, the sponges were moldy and smelled. My local grocer would not issue a refund they said is was a manufacturer issue. I cleansed them with bleach and sun dried them, they fell apart at first use probably saving me an unpleasant mold exposure on my dishes.
