Would RecommendI had no trouble installing this lock. I already had the deadbolt hole already. Programming is easy as well. I love no key to open the door. It is replacing another older Schlage unit that had a key option. Last one lasted a long time. Hope this one holds up as well.

Not a reliable lock
Would Not RecommendWhen it works it's great. Unfortunately, the lock failed to engage when locking the door from the outside which didn't allow you to extend the dead bolt. This was an intermitent problem. I returned the lock.
