Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like these locks and they are the only thing we have on our home. Easy to setup and look nice. My only complaint would be the amount of time the batteries last prior to replacement. We use high quality batteries and they still only last a few months on our more heavily utilized doors.

Zero problems quick install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been rock solid. Installation and connecting both through the app and Apple HomeKit was a breeze. The only (small) issue I had was on the battery replacement - where is seems the new Duracell AA don’t work. Energizer and Kirkland are just fine. Very weird but doesn’t bring the rating down.

Love the app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to work good 95% of the time . We’ve only had it installed a couple months at this point, but it has randomly locked on its own a couple times , which is weird . Our contractor installed it , so I can’t speak to the ease of installation.

Good lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good lock. I like Schlage products and they have a good warranty. The only issue I have is that I am pretty tech savvy but have not been able to get this to work with Apple keys yet.

Amazing lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this product is to install I just wish it connected faster and picked up the wifi better . But I still give this product 5 Stars for craftsmanship, security and compatibility.

The best looking lock on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best looking and functional lock that I have found. Others on the market require connectors and things like that like bridge. This works fine. The only issue is the battery draining but that's fine when it functions well.

So far very good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was performed for me but easy to set up the app and add unique codes. Really like the notification options too. So far the battery usage is very low so hoping for 6 months of access with it. I had previously used the Schlage electronic version without WiFi and have had to replace that one at least every 2 years so maybe this one is a keeper and I can replace my older ones too.

Easy to use interface!
