Over-priced piece of junk
Would Not RecommendHad this lock for seven or eight months. Even with fresh batteries, this deadbolt decides to go INOPERABLE at random moments/times--leaving us standing outside waiting for it to return to "functioning" (like it rebooted or something). Also, the APP (software) & maybe the firmware are low-tech and kludgey (at best). I do NOT recommend buying this item

Keypad died right after 3 year warranty expired
Would Not RecommendWe splurged on a nice deadbolt so we wouldn't need to carry a key. We purchased this at the end of October 2022, and installed in at the beginning of 2023. It is now April 2026 and the keypad has totally quit working. It had been intermittent for probably 6 or 8 months but I just figured it was battery issues. I just installed new batteries a few days ago and they are registering at 73%. This morning we could not get it to work at all so I installed another set of energizer batteries this aftern...

Would RecommendWorks well. Easy set up but do be careful which model you grab. Some are WiFi+ bluetooth and some just WiFi. The WiFi only does not allow the iHome integration. I had expected to get this, not knowing there was another version. But I’d already had it rekeyed…
