Great lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both the arrive and the encode. Even though the encode is the lesser expensive model I prefer it more. I find the backlight on the encode too too dark to see in bright sunlight. The arrive lets you see buttons so it solves the problem. Security seems the same between the two and installation and hookup the same. They both require 2.4ghz WiFi. So either lock out the 5 ghz or get a dedicated WiFi system Features are great. I love the feature of the app locka an unlock and that it notifies me. The feature of setting a time for it to lock at night is also great !

It installed easily. hardest part was drilling a hole in the door for the deadbolt.

DO NOT BUY ONLY WORKS WITH 2.4ghz WI-FI

Very disappointed, will not work with any modern wi-fi, Does Not work with 5g will only work with 2.4, if you have the ability, knowledge, or talent too shut off the 5g, and i never read anything about this issue Until i started searching for no ability to connect
