Would Not RecommendBought the 65" three years ago, and since then, once a year the screen blacks out. You can still hear sounds in the background and at an angel, make out a very slight tint of what's going on in the screen but 98% of the screen is black. Their techs have come out twice to repair and have had to replace the screen. Calling the 1-800 line for repair/scheduling has been the most painful process. Samsung products have been a huge disappointment. Going to new all new appliances soon and will be AVOIDI...

Very very dim low brightness sometimes
Would Not RecommendI bought the previous model of this TV (QN85QN90BAFXZA) in Jan 2024. Manufacturer warranty expired in Jan 2025. sometimes, when I turn on the TV, the screen is blank (very very low brightness picture). Unplugging the HDMI cable and holding the TV power button for 20 secs or so and restarting brings it back to full brightness. Would RecommendAwesome color, sharpness, performance. Vert vivid. Although reports say the brightness is off, too bright... don't believe it. Brightness is perfect. It's like actually being there when the sun shines through a window. Watch Top Gun Mav, Mission Impossible Dead Rec., Maze Runner Death Cure, any 4k Movie and get blown away.
