Poor construction

One of the burner knobs snapped off after 1.5 years of use. Samsung refused to replace the part out of warranty, which was a shocking 10% of the price I paid initially for the entire unit. This was my first, and will be my last purchase of a Samsung product. I highly recommend avoiding.

Failure after 2.5 years

Range failed after 2.5 years. Neither of the large burners will detect a pan and give an error code. The repair options are cost prohibitive and it is not clear that they will fix the problem. The product is outside of warranty.

Awesome range and oven.

Because it requires a pan to be on the eye before heat is produced, it is child proof. However, there is a cooling down period after an eye has been heated up. Range broke (maybe fuse?) after 16 moderate months

I bought this 16 months ago, and yesterday the cooktop had some kind of issue where all four burners are displaying the "F0" that others have mentioned/shown. I put in a call to a local repairman today. It is not very easy for me to have no working range for a long period. Prior to this, I was basically satisfied with the range and oven, although it smelled a lot for a while after arrival and I dislike the touch controls (in lieu of physical buttons). Efficient & Stylish Addition

We love this Samsung induction stove for its simplicity of use and it's durability. With that said, we have two complaints which we will address towards the end of this review. To begin with, it heats very rapidly and shortens the amount of time needed from boiling water to heating up sauces or stews. Heats quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. I am amazed at how fast water does boil and how a comal for tortillas quickly heats up. Pots do slide around a bit, but it is nothing that can't be managed. I do wish the knob/instrument labeling was larger/clearer.

Excellent top - Unacceptable Oven

Overall I just cannot recommend this product. I’ve used this range for just over a year and the time of this review. While I find the range top quite excellent the oven, on the other hand, I find inadequate. The induction cooktop makes precision cooking easy but the oven temperature varies wildly. I have a standalone digital oven thermometer inside and attached to the middle grate. I can easily see the internal temperature swing by ~50 degrees or more (~25 degrees either side of what is set)....

Great solid working oven, but touchy controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good and reliable oven. The temperatures are consistent and the function is of the quality you expect form Samsung. The physical buttons and screen are sometimes touchy if you lean too close to the top while cooking, I'm holding off a star for that reason only. Otherwise, I feel good about my purchase.

Listens better than my ex-wife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Alexa preheat the oven". What?! Yay! And boiling water in 2 minutes flat is amazing. I didn't even know it was possible. It even had a rebate for free cookware. I am so glad my girlfriend broke the old stove.

Looks sleek, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace an electric stove and so happy we did. We did however have to buy new pots and pans to work with the stovetop as our existing ones said they were induction-use and were not. I could never go back to electric after this.

Nuisance Breaker Tripping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an electrician wire the new stove with 50 Amp service. According to local code the breakers had to be GFCI type. Well the breakers kept tripping even when the stove wasn’t being used. The breakers had to be changed to non GFCI. The electrician told me this stove wasn’t GFCI certified.

Very fast stove

Loving it!

I bought this item about 4 months ago and I really like it. I had never heard of an induction cooktop before. So still getting becoming familiar with all it has to offer. I bought a mat to place on top and I am cooking now because you have to have the right pots and pans.
