Great for a year- then stops picking items up

Vacuum worked great for a year. Now it doesn’t pick up any hair from carpeting. Just moves it around. Absolute waste of money. I knew I should have bought a Dyson and will be doing so now. Painfully expensive lesson.

Major Issue with Charging

This unit was wonderful at first - light, great suction, and the easiest, fussless tank emptying system. Then it stopped working. I looked this issue up and it seems to be a known issue with no solution! The stick isn't picking up a charge from the charging station because the charging mechanism inside the station just loses its grip. So not I have an expensive vacuum sculpture in my home. Think twice and read all the reviews before spending you money on this.

Faulty and no replacement

Nice but has an annoying quirk

It has nice quiet suction compared to a dyson. It also looks nice and is not heavy. The down side is a pretty annoying one: when putting it back to charge, it doesn't sit properly. So I have to move it a little to get it to connect. This will likely annoy me at some time in the future. But for now, I can deal with it. This makes it poorly designed and hopefully it will not get any worse. The best advice to avoid this is to remove the hose attachment. It seems to connect better without it for som...

Cheap brushes that break with no replacements

At the 2 year mark the plastic on the jet dual brush cracked near the top exposing wires with no way to fix without replacing the whole brush. Called Samsung they do not replace parts. They gave me the phone number for the part distributor and they do not make this brush anymore. Even when I looked for a replacement on the part site it was $280+ for this price I might as well get a brand new vacuum. I am left with no way to replace this.

Horrible Vacuum. Save your money

Horrible-Battery life is like 10 mins, bottom piece broke off within 1st year.

Hard to maintain

I really wanted to like this vaccuum. It ended up not being strong enough to handle a house with three dogs and three cats. It tells me I need to maintenance the filter every day, and I am constantly taking it apart to clear a blockage in the hose. It's not super easy to take apart, and I don't have time to clean it every day. Misleading contents leaves more to be desired

Purchased jet 75 before and loved it. This performs very similar if not the exact same as the 75 (came with way more accessories) with the added dust bin cleaner apparatus (very convenient). bad design

Terrible design. you'll forget the bottom cap is open and start vaccuming and make a bigger mess. Trust me, you'll forget at least once and it will make a mess.

Disappointed

I LOVED this vacuum for the entire year I owned it but the brush tool has stopped working and there are no replacement ones available to purchase. Such an expensive vacuum to no longer have any use for after only a year of use. This is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing this vacuum if you are looking for a long term vacuum.

Design flaw, do not waste your money

It has a design flaw. The belt inside brush will rub through the plastic and overtime the plastic gets melted and belt no longer grip the brush rotator and it will stop working.

Do not buy

Main brush stop working after 12 months. Design flaw, plastic between belt melted and brush got struck. Waste of money.

Only good for hard floors; hard to push on carpets

I just got this Bespoke Jet vacuum and have to say I'm somewhat disappointed. The best feature is the cleaning feature that sucks the dirt into a bag -- it seems to work very well, and maybe that is worth the price. However, I was hoping I'd be able to get rid of my heavy, top of the line Miele canister vacuum, but, no, I'm going to have to keep it for vacuuming the rugs and carpets. The Bespoke Jet doesn't have a motorized head, meaning you have to push hard to to go over carpets. For plush...

NO REPLACEMENT BRUSH PARTS

I enjoyed this vacuum for a year before the connector between the jet dual brush and the stick just snapped out of nowhere. I checked their website and called their parts manufacturer and they informed me that the manufacturer no longer makes the brushes for this model! There are no alternatives to this and now I have an extremely expensive and useless vacuum.

Expensive trash

So this is nice in theory but after a couple of years of NORMAL use, the brush assembly is broken and Samsung doesn’t make it easy to find parts.

I purchased this vaccuum for my newly built home. I have full tile and use it instead of sweeping all the time. Delivered July 12 2024 and we have used this vaccuum every day. I have had this vacuum for a couple of years and it’s been the best vacuum that I have bought. Much better than the 2 Dyson I have owned.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this with other appliances when we moved a couple months ago. It replaced out old brandless stick vacuum. It was a big upgrade, great suction power, looks nice, and I really like the stand, I can leave it out, looks nice.
