Great for a year- then stops picking items up

Vacuum worked great for a year. Now it doesn’t pick up any hair from carpeting. Just moves it around. Absolute waste of money. I knew I should have bought a Dyson and will be doing so now. Painfully expensive lesson.

Major Issue with Charging

This unit was wonderful at first - light, great suction, and the easiest, fussless tank emptying system. Then it stopped working. I looked this issue up and it seems to be a known issue with no solution! The stick isn't picking up a charge from the charging station because the charging mechanism inside the station just loses its grip. So not I have an expensive vacuum sculpture in my home. Think twice and read all the reviews before spending you money on this.

It has nice quiet suction compared to a dyson. It also looks nice and is not heavy. The down side is a pretty annoying one: when putting it back to charge, it doesn't sit properly. So I have to move it a little to get it to connect. This will likely annoy me at some time in the future. But for now, I can deal with it. This makes it poorly designed and hopefully it will not get any worse. The best advice to avoid this is to remove the hose attachment. It seems to connect better without it for som...

Cheap brushes that break with no replacements

Would Not Recommend

At the 2 year mark the plastic on the jet dual brush cracked near the top exposing wires with no way to fix without replacing the whole brush. Called Samsung they do not replace parts. They gave me the phone number for the part distributor and they do not make this brush anymore. Even when I looked for a replacement on the part site it was $280+ for this price I might as well get a brand new vacuum. I am left with no way to replace this.

I really wanted to like this vaccuum. It ended up not being strong enough to handle a house with three dogs and three cats. It tells me I need to maintenance the filter every day, and I am constantly taking it apart to clear a blockage in the hose. Disappointed

I LOVED this vacuum for the entire year I owned it but the brush tool has stopped working and there are no replacement ones available to purchase. Such an expensive vacuum to no longer have any use for after only a year of use. This is extremely disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing this vacuum if you are looking for a long term vacuum.

I just got this Bespoke Jet vacuum and have to say I'm somewhat disappointed. The best feature is the cleaning feature that sucks the dirt into a bag -- it seems to work very well, and maybe that is worth the price. I enjoyed this vacuum for a year before the connector between the jet dual brush and the stick just snapped out of nowhere. I checked their website and called their parts manufacturer and they informed me that the manufacturer no longer makes the brushes for this model! There are no alternatives to this and now I have an extremely expensive and useless vacuum.
