Attention do not buy

Ice maker went out after 2 years cost over $500 to replace. Would not be covered with warranty, also on the inside of door plastic chipped out. When I reached out they said wear and tear is n not covered. It's just me and my husband at home our kids are grown. The whole refrigerator quit working 4 years after purchase. It's a beautiful refrigerator but don't let the looks deceive you!

Stay away!

I would not purchase this fridge. My icemakers both went out within a year, and at 3 1/2 years my whole fridge stopped working. I will have to pay for a service tech to come out and they said it might not be covered. Go with a different brand.

Moldy water pitcher, temperature and display issu

I've had my Samsung refrigerator professionally installed for over a year now. At first all was fine, then a few months in, the display stopped working for about a month. I then noticed items on the top shelf would freeze- spinach and other items. Within a few days, milk and dairy items went bad way before the expiration date, then the Auto-Fill Water Pitcher in the beverage center started getting moldy. Ice maker issues along with everyone else

The ice maker stopped working after about 2 years. There are chips and craps in the ice tray and doors. It also dents easily. I have tried finding panels to replace them but they are either out of stock or one available when I need two.

Beautiful refridgerator

Love the look of it. However nothing but issues. First the ice maker stopped working. Now issues with water filter. Dealing with Samsung support is nothing but a headache. Last time I ever buy a Samsung product.

Good experience

Really like the way Samsung felt with the rebate. We had had the previous refrigerator for 4 1/2 years then two compressors went out in a couple of days. We purchased another Samsung and they refunded the full purchase price of the original refrigerator.

Fridge delivered DOA (dead on arrival)

The Fridge's freezer doesn't work, we told Lowes, they just give us the run-around for days. Lowes tells us that the installers will come back to replace the fridge, but they never came. We called Lowes about the continued issue, Lowes kept giving us the run-around and now they say that they will not fix it because it has been a long time (10 days), but the problem is from delivery. Ice maker is i nightmare

Replaced the ice bits ice maker due to a cracked ice tray. Its a shame you cant just buy the tray. The new upgraded model lasted less than a year. Ice is inconsistent. Have had to clear the lines several times due to water under the drawers. The only thing great about this is the water pitcher.

Think twice before buying Samsung appliances.

HORRIBLE fridge. Died after just two years. Do not buy this product. Samsung should not be in the appliance game and their warranty of 12 months sucks.

Bought this refrigerator a couple of years ago for the wide selection of swappable colors. Was sad to learn there are no longer unique colors such as yellow and green panels to purchase. This refrigerator has been standing in my kitchen for almost 2 years without any panels. I have checked the website over and over looking for availability of the colored panels I was promised when I purchased it. Now I find out all the colors have been discontinued with the exception of a limited few. What a scam. Horrible Ice maker

Ice Maker literally broke off in my hand when I went to reset it! Samsung Care only warranties their repairs for 30 days! Ice maker was repaired once and had the same problem maybe 6 months later! Now it’s gonna cost upwards of $500! Cheaper to buy a new fridge of another brand!
