Love all the options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our first home and I couldn’t be happier, set up was easy, connecting to the fridge on the app is a great feature it allows you to customize exactly how your fridge functions: change the temp on the top and bottom & you can choose on the bottom doors which side to be a freezer or extended fridge! I can’t change the panel colors but I easily got over that with a few cute magnets and an acrylic calendar make it ours

Good Looking and Well Designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the unit is simple & clean. The auto-fill pitcher is a game changer! Interior is roomy & functional with deep door pockets. Pull out shelves in lower sections are an added bonus.

Love it, except for the easy dents

Man, we love this fridge and have enjoyed it for 1.5 years, but think twice if you have kids as the fingerprint need wiped daily and the dents are very easy to come by. The water pitcher was an unexpectant source of joy. Love the space, layout, lighting, controls, and more. I really wish the stainless steel didn't dent so easily.

Nonworking within 2 years

Died after owning for 1 year and 8 months. Tech came and fixed, and within hours it was broken again (not cooling a bit). Another tech came out, declared unfixable. One thing is the company (Samsung) is apparently fully refunding it and also said they would refund other expenses related to this (food loss). So if they actually do follow through at least there is that. But this pricey fridge should last much longer. I also never really liked the layout.

Something different with modern look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful looking fridge that fits perfectly into kitchen decor. “Flex” compartment is invaluable. As a frugal kind a guy, starting temp was factory setting. After some food spoilage, Temp setting ended up at its MAX in order to keep food fresh. Not sure what that does to my power bill..

Good but fingerprints shows

Cute fridge but it is not finger print resistant. I am very disappointed in that because this was one of the main reasons we bought this

I looked hard for a counter depth SS and no ice in the door. Looks good and has worked well since June 2023

excellent refrigirator

The best refrigirator we have ever owned. Excellent layout ,climate control,and tons of room. Excellent at keeping odors under control.I love the four doors. So much better than having a bucket like in the old days. Perfect for a family 2-5 persns

Terrible Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this product due to our other Samsung lemon went on the fritz. Samsung promised a fifty percent discount if we bought another one. Needless to say, they NEVER held up their end of the bargain. The refrigerator itself is poorly designed. I’ve nothing positive to say about Samsung.

Significant issues with the pitcher refilling

We've had this fridge for about a year. The icemaker intermittently quits working, anywhere between 6-8 hours and days. This started about 4-6 months in. We've had service out 4 or 5 times now, but it takes days for them to show, and by that time, it's working again and we get hit with a service call fee for nothing. The last time it quit we called for an emergency call, doubling the price of the service, and again, before they showed, it started working. We purchased this fridge solely fo...

BUYER BEWARE! IT'S A PIECE OF JUNK!

I bought this in December 2021. Since then, it's had 12 repairs for the same two problems: Waterlines leaking and the ice makers being replaced every time. Make sure you purchase the extended warranty. This product is a piece of junk. I am highly disappointed with Samsung and its appliances.

Easy install, nice features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install, everything works as indicated thus far. Doors are very light and easy to open, however, you must shut them. That is, they do not close on their own. However there is a door alarm that will sound and alert your phone/watch with app installed.

Warned -- Plastic on Freezer Doors Cracking

Within 6 months experienced cracking on the top of both freezer doors. Samsung calls this cosmetic damage and refuses to cover it under warranty. This is a weak design issue. Functionally, the size and layout of the fridge is good.

The jury is still out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The left upper door often does not close all the way. You really have to check it and often push it in to tighten seal. I have the door alarm set as a warning if the fridge is left open. But for some reason, it does not sound when this door is not pushed all the way in. I am afraid it could easily be left open and my food will spoil. For the Flex Crisper drawer, you have the option to set it to Meat and Cheese. This is the only option I have it...

Great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this refrigerator. It has a lot of space for a counter depth. The flexibility of the v spaces was a big part of my coding it. We absolutely love the auto fill pitcher. My reason for deducting a star is the the fingerprint resistant feature is pretty much false. I'm wrong it is all the time.

electronics did not last, metal weak

purchased in 2021, july 15, now 2023 jun 7 and something has died. the warrantee is only 1yr for this unit. I was expecting more because they put a big sticker on the front of the unit that says 10 yr warrantee (on compressor) in small writing. Also, as with some of the others in the reviews, getting a number of smaller dents on the front of the unit. I don't think we're ruff with the unit, wish the metal was.. a little more metal. not sure how much to repair but will check into it.

Great Refrigerator/Freezer

Be very careful around the doors.

Madly in Love

I am madly in love with this refrigerator. From the auto-fill pitcher, which was one of the main enticements for me as I drink a load of water, to the dual door, the push back half-shelf for taller items, the two types of ice, and the ability to use one of the freezer compartments as a fridge, I think it's the bees knees. The only thing I do not like is that the LED light has a blue tint. I asked a technician about it, and he said there's nothing to be done, but I know there MUST be.
