After that was fixed, it worked pretty good until a couple months ago, just after my warranty expired, when it started to make a loud noise like a jet engine during the spin cycle. Would Not RecommendMine last 4 years and it’s broken. It needs a new assembly and harness. First, my Samsung dishwasher broke every year from the moment we bought it and lasted a total of 3 years before we threw it out and bought a cheap dishwasher that works way better than the Samsung. And, now, our Samsung washer is broken after 4 years. Samsung appliances are a waste of money. Don’t buy their appliances. They are not worth the money.

Would Not RecommendSeems like Samsung has a product quality problem with this washer. 3 years after purchase we have now encountered the same issue as other customers, a broken washer that knocked itself off balance and broke the internal arm holding the drum. Stay away from Samsung appliances.

THIS MACHINE EXPODED
Would Not RecommendI purchased in Feb 2022 and in May 2023 this machine exploded. The plastic and glass that make up the front door blew up sending shards everywhere including into my hand. Samsung keeps telling me how they understand my frustration and then send repairmen that are unable to fix the machine due to the extent of the damage. This machine is dangerous and I am lucky I only got glass in my hand. I am sure $1300 is a fine price for a bomb but you can do better if you want a machine that wont explode

Broke in 6 months
Would Not RecommendI bought this washer and a dryer set in the washer only lasted six months before the bearing started going out. I love the washer until this happen and now I have a dryer without a washer, no Samsung would not fix it. All they wanted to do was waste my time on the phones for hours until they finally sent me a check for it. Yes, I got my money back for the washer after about five months however, I still have a dryer with no washer. I don’t believe I’ll never buy another Samsung product ever again...
