Bearings Fail Easily!
Would Not RecommendMy washer only lasted 1 year and 11 months. I bought it in January of 2022 and the bearings just went out. For the bearings to fail in such a short period of time was very surprising. Seems to be a trend with Samsung appliances. Will most likely be going with another brand.

poorly made machine
Would Not Recommendwe bought this washer and it’s not even two years old and something is broken when it’s in the spin cycle it sounds crazy . From other reviews it sounds like the are making the spider arm out of a material that doesn’t mesh with the drum and it’s corroding quickly and snapping.

Would Not RecommendLess than two years old and it won't even engage in the spin cycle. Makes loud clunky noises when it tries and then it gives up... much like I'm going to do with products that are more focused on bluetooth apps than their primary function.

Was a good dryer, not so sure now
Would Not RecommendDryer was simple to use and working up to now. Its been about 1.5 years and the dryer now has metal grinding sounds even with no load. A bit disappointing consider the price tag and now the out-of-pocket cost to repair.

Would Not RecommendOn day 360, a bolt broke and the drum broke…took them 2 weeks to come out and confirm IT WAS BROKEN! week 3 without a washer and I’m still waiting to get the warranty credit to buy another machine. They won’t replace the existing machine, they are giving me a credit for what I paid last year. This means I have to come up with another couple hundred bucks to buy the SAME machine!

This washer does it all for you
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has so many great features that bring convenience to a whole new level. All I do is load the clothes and press start. The AI does the rest. It senses the load and automatically adjusts everything needed for the perfect wash including auto dispensing the best amount of detergent and softener. It can also wash clothes well in less than 30 minutes if needed. Best washer I’ve ever used.

Bad drum bearings won't last past Warranty
Would Not RecommendDrum Bearing went out on mine 2 months after the 1 year warranty expired. I'm left with a $1300 Boat Anchor that costs as much to fix as to replace after just over 1 year. Horrible

Super quiet

Samsung has done away with all of those problems and made it super easy for me to get a dry on the first try.
