Extremely Disappointed – Major Design Flaw

I regret ever buying this Samsung dishwasher. After just over a year of use, it started acting up — it would power on, try to run a cycle, then just stall without filling with water. After hours of frustration and troubleshooting, I discovered the issue was the control board (DD92-00059M) — a part that Samsung has now discontinued, likely because so many people have had problems with it. What’s worse is that even finding a replacement is a headache, and the "compatible" ones are expensive and h...

Looks good but not high quality

Knobs constantly break. The knobs cannot be easily replaced and you have to call a repair man. Once it is out of warranty, I don't know what I will do when they break again. Middle burner stopped working after I used it about 3 times.

not a fan

I purchased this stove with high expectations. I was eager to bake again as well as have a dutiful oven. Wrong. The oven does not heat evenly. Baking is impossible... and the oven options turns on with little encouragement. I would like a little more control of that. Whats more the knobs are too easy to turn on, my one year old ggdaughter can turn them on. (samsung told me i could 'buy' safety covers. Cleaning them is a hassle as well.

Worthless junk

Bought the range and when the oven stopped working after 2 years I was told my extended warranty was good for a buy out of $300. So basically Samsung would rather give me 1/6 the cost of the range than fix it. Never buy Samsung, they do not stand behind their products. I have a Samsung Care+ contract good until 2026, but it is cheaper for Samsung to toss some pennies and say good bye.

Easy to clean

Amazing beautiful stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and I can’t believe how great the features are. The convection oven is fast and efficient. The air fry feature is great did tater tots that were crisp on outside and moist inside. But one thing I love is white glass front so easy to keep clean and stainless top always looks spotless. And it stay connected to internet so I can give commands like start oven etc.

A perfect Gas Range

The center action dial is smooth and simple. The oven has a airfry, bake and convection oven settings. The wifi option lets you control via the smart things app. The five burners are quick fast and easy.
