Great electric range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last November to replace an old gas stove and range. This Samsung is great replacement. The electric range is so nice to cook on and clean up afterwords. Really enjoy the built-in air fryer to cook up chicken nuggets and tater tots for the kids.

Love my oven range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven two years ago and I am enjoying it every time I cook. The oven has great functionality , connects to my phone and allows me to control it remotely. The electronic panel is modern and stylish. The dial does turn on easily and may be a problem in household with cats as pets but I enjoy how convenient it is to set cooking modes. I wish the cooktop were easier to clean but my partner always does it well so it’s ok.

Great features

The only problem with it is that it can be easily turn on to the touch because of the knobs being at the front. The positive thing is that Samsung sends you covers for the knobs so now it’s locked and can’t be turned on easily.

This range is dangerous!

Do not buy! The design of this range is dangerous! I've had 3 near house burning events in the last 2 years due to how easy it is to turn the burners on with incidental contact to the front knobs. The knobs do not have a strong enough push to turn action. I figured there was nothing I could do except warn everyone in the household to be extra careful, then I got the recall notice and realized I was not alone. However, instead of actually resolving the issue or replacing the range, Samsung is off...

Great range

DANGEROUS!!!

Dangerous to household with elderly who are unstable, small children or pets... All it takes is to brush up against the controls and the cook top turns on, can't count how many times one of us reached above the stove to get something from the shelf above and ended up burning whatever was on the cook top, once time even started a fire.

Knobs too touchy when trying to wipe clean.

I want to return my stove after a week of use. Every time I lean forward to wipe the back burner, the oven dial keeps turning on. Or if i try to clean it , the oven screen keeps turning on the oven. It’s annoying!! And the cooking surface gets scratched easily.

High Quality

Bought this a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Remote mode is a cool feature but don’t know if I’ll ever use it. The rapid boil feature is very handy though. The storage drawer is kind of shallow compared to my old range but that was easily dealt with by a little rearranging. Thumbs up on the built-in air fryer too 👍

DO NOT BUY! GLASSTOPS ARE JUNK!

First, let me say prior to this I was a samsung fan, I have a samsung phone, samsung frig, and samsung washer and dryer. So when it came time to buy a new stove, I figured why not buy a samsung? Samsung evidently has a serious issue with these glasstops, as they are extremely fragile, see picture after 3 times frying eggs with a typical non-stick pan. Lock it down!

We bought this because we got the Bespoke refrigerator, Dishwasher and Dryer and love them. We also like that we can match the colors of all of our appliances. - The self-cleaning feature did not clean completely even though I followed the instructions. - We almost had a house fire because during a power outage I bumped the knobs, and it was turned on. Safety hazard

Overall oven performs well but if you slightly brush up against control knobs it turns burners on. It has a locking function but it does not appear to work even when locking mode is visable. Very dangerous!

Stopped working after 18 months

I liked this range for the features it has, but there have been several issues that I have been disappointed about. First, just over 13 months after installing it, I noticed that the coating on several interior parts of the oven was coming off (see photo). I called Samsung and they said the warranty doesn't apply to this and I could purchase oven paint to recoat it. Hate this Range

I bought 5 Samsung appliances. I really regret getting the range because: 1) as you can read elsewhere on the internet, the stove knobs turn on if someone brushes up against them—very dangerous. At least once a week I look up to see the stove on when it shouldn't be. 2) the knobs are difficult to read--two burners have multiple sizes to select, but the "large" "middle" and "small" words are very small and angled away from the user. I have to lean over the stove and get very close to the knobs...

Very pretty and easy to clean

This range is fast! Plenty of heat ...NOW. Our old range took twice a long to heat, both burners and oven. I like the dials in front as it makes it much easier to reach for cleaning. We used the Air Fry feature and it did a great job so now I can get rid of our countertop air fryer. Being able to preheat the oven...

Worst I have ever owned!

This is the worst Range I have ever owned. I was happy when I received it 3 months ago, but I quickly changed my mind when I realized how easily it scratches and how hard it is to keep clean. The very first thing I did was read the manual on how to keep the glasstop looking new and shiny. I have done everything the manual says and have purchase the cleaning products they recommend, but nothing worked. The glass top looks terrible, scratched up, blotchy, just plain ugly. Also it is a danger hazar...
