Garbage product and they don’t honor warranty

Please save yourself a huge headache and do not buy a Samsung appliance. They do not honor their warranty, and their products are terrible. I bought a brand new induction stove and oven, and it was malfunctioning from day 1. I called Samsung and was on the phone for an hour and a half. The agent asked to gain access to the camera on my phone (which seems unnecessary) and also asked me to send photos and videos of it malfunctioning, which I did. Induction is a whole new concept for me.. and I love it.. So easy to keep it clean... It boils water super fast with the boost option. I eve tried the oven.. and it cooks evently... I adore this stove!

Because I disliked cleaning crumbles out from under the grates I switched from gas to a glass topped electric. Hated it! After a year I gave it away and got this range. It is SO easy to keep clean and the cooktop is very fast and responsive, more so than gas! Very low, slow cooking is foolproof. And high heat is fast. And that is it. This range was clearly designed by someone who has never used a range for cooking food. It is almost comical how difficult it is to adjust the heat for each burner. First, you have to use one of the little capacitive buttons that offer no tactile feedback in order to select the burner you want to adjust. Then you can use a slidy tactile control to turn the heat up or down, in 10% increments. None of these buttons work very well, so you’ll be hitting them multiple times before you...
