Would Not RecommendThis product came with the house I very recently moved into, and seems very new. The house is full of very quite new Samsung appliances, and I bought the house anyways. The dryer, specifically, has a great deal of feature and option, all rendered pointless, because the dryer does not dry clothes. A straightforward investigation of the cause of the clothes in the dryer not being dried after numerous cycles pointed to no heat being generated by the dryer.

Not the quality I expected from Samsung
Would Not Recommendover the past year, i have had to make multiple repairs to the dryer. i understand a belt failure. i was disappointed, but wrote off the bearing failure that caused one of the idlers to become very noisy, but when the drum developed an 8" crack i decided it was time to write a review. overall, i would not repurchase this model of dryer. i hope samsung improves their product in the future.

Failed a month after warranty
i bought this dryer a year ago. it worked for a year and a day. now it wont spin, shows no error codes and shuts itself off. now its out of warranty. buyer beware.

Dissappointed
Would Not RecommendAs I mentioned in all reviews, I am very happy with the cell phones but not with the appliances. The dryer display was already replaced because the computer inside when bad and now recently some "pully" something for the belt melted and it had to be replaced.

Great capacity and features
Would RecommendWe upgraded from an aging Samsung set that was not front loading. Also nowhere near the same capacity. With the added smart home USB adapter we can control monitor the drying and wash cycles, which adds to the convenience factor. The 7.5 cu. ft. is great to large loads, rarely do I need to perform one than one load with my matching washer. The only thing I wish I could have done was the color, white is nice, but doesn't quite pop like the other color options.

Would RecommendPicked this up about a week ago on sale. We went from an older standard dryer to this amazing, technology packed dryer. All the features, especially the steam function are great. Just need to get the washer now.

Eco-mode is a disaster
Would Not RecommendFor some crazy reason, the machine is equipped with an "ECO-mode" which the manual says saves energy. What it does, is leave your laundry damp, which then it becomes musty, which means you have to rewash and dry it again... (hopefully, but not always remembering to disable the stupid ECO-mode) It causes 2-3 times the energy use, and is INCREDIBLY annoying. While you would THINK it's easy enough to turn off, it's simply so counter intuitive that you have to turn this nonsense off with EVERY...

Would Not RecommendI have had the most disappointing experience with this washer and dryer set and especially with Samsung. I purchased this set on 11/22/16. By August, the dryer was making the most horrendous high-pitched screeching noise. It's migraine-inducing. I was still under a one year warranty through the manufacturer. HORRIBLE QUALITY

Do Not Purchase any Samsung Appliances
Would Not RecommendI have had this washer and dryer set for 4 years. The first year they worked well. Since then we have had to repair constantly. We are finally fed up with them and taking them out to the field to use them as target practice. All of the Samsung appliances we have purchased are junk. They need to stick to just making TV's. Never again will we purchase any Samsung appliances.
FINALLY, A DRYER THAT WORKS
Would RecommendMY FAMILY HAS HAD OUR OLD DRYER FOR YEARS AND HAS RUN INTO A FEW ISSUES. WE DECIDED TO UPGRADE TO THIS ONE AND IT IS A DREAM COME TRUE.
