Spin cycle is defective

Has spun off balance since new. We love the features and ease of use, however, it is now 1.5 yrs old and OUT OF WARRANTY and it will not spin without shutting off and giving error code. Samsung gave number to local service company and sent me packing. Reviews were good when I purchased, now seems everyone is having trouble with this lemon.

Worst product I have ever bought

I have had so many problems with this machine. I purchased this washer on 8/1/2013; so Its been just over a year since I bought it. From unbalancing of the drum to water over filling to the rim on extra small loads. I have had repair company come out 2 different time in which it took 3 months to fix the second time around (A&E) due to inexperienced people. It is again acting up. Do your self a favor and stay away from this product.

Waste of Money

If I could give this product a zero rating, I would. Bought this in January 2013 and and totally disappointed. I don't think anything works right on it. Starts to fill then stops. Does this for about 30 minutes until drum is completely full (regardless of load size) then does nothing. E3 randomly appears constantly. E3 error

Less then 2 years old and needs a circuit board replaced. It doesn't read the sensors properly, stops working and gives an error code. Constant resetting just to get it to drain.

Bottom is showing the sheet metal and separating

The bottom part of the washer is coming apart and clothes are now getting stuck in the grove. Its like the sheet metal is separating from the bottom liner leaving an opening for clothes to get stuck. Plus when its unbalanced, it shakes violently and has now created a rubbed a rough grove on the blue plastic when you open the washer. Absolute garbage from the start. Hopefully these pictures load. Nice Washer. No mechanical Issues.

I've had this washer for several weeks now and have no burdening issues. Nothing is leaking and I haven't had any performance or mechanical issues. I like how quiet it is compared to previous noisy and clanky washer. I bought this one because the previous washer was making clothes dirtier than when they went in. Expensive Piece of Junk

I never write reviews but since I read them extensively before making this purchase, I wanted to provide one that hopefully will deter someone from making the mistake of buying this washer and save them a lot of grief. Finally water again!

The Aqua-Jet feature on this machine is really substantial. The first time I heard it, thought I was hearing a major waterfall and that's exactly what it is. It flushes water through the clothes so they all get wet and washed and rinsed thoroughly. I wash a lot of dog bed covers and rugs and they are so much cleaner now. Highly recommend this washer!!

AVOID

We purchased this washing machine a little over a year ago (February 2013) and it has been a huge disappointment. We are waiting for a service appointment in a couple of days. We were told it sounds like there is an issue with the appliance's motor. My wife handles the washer, but she has been nothing but frustrated with this thing. Three Repairs in one year

It takes Samsung weeks to ship parts if your machine breaks, so be prepared for an extended time to the laundromat. We have had three parts replaced, one twice and it has taken two to three weeks to get the parts. So getting the repair done takes four to six weeks from the time it breaks to the repairman actually getting running again. Not the repairman's fault, Samsung is totally at fault

Lesson learned

Bought new in November 2012 worked great for a year. Started to not want to finish cycles. At about 25 minutes left in cycle it would act as though it was trying to pump water out that wasn't there! Trying to find parts for this is a nightmare! A year and a half old and didn't buy the extended plan, sorry can't help you. Buying local and American made from now on!

Samsung top load washer

Leaves food and other partials on clothes.

I bought this a month ago and I thought maybe it was me putting too dirty of clothes in this washer. My daughter got sick on her bedding, on which this wash machine has a setting for. After washing her bedding I go to pull out her quilt and there was still her sickness on the blanket. I owned a front loader before this samsung WA456.
