Not Impressed At All

This washing machine is the WORST that I have ever had. You can wash a load of clothes on "Heavy Duty" and "Extra Rinse" and they still have dry spots on them when the cycle is finished. Also, the clothes come out with soap still on them. The only cycle that I feel gets the clothes 1/2 way clean, is the Sanitize Cycle which takes 2 hours. Save your money and keep shopping for another model/brand

Worst machine EVER

I'm sure it saves on water because it doesnt put enough in to even cover the clothes. Now, on one of the front load machines this may be ok to do but not on a top load machine. My clothes are still not clean after washing. Oh,and if you should have a child vomit on clothes, you will have to wash them a MINIMUM of 3 times to MAYBE get the smell out. Do Not get if you have pet hair!!!

This washer machine is the worst!!! I have 2 small dogs and a cat. I have pet hair but not a huge amount. I had a 6 year old fysher & prykel washer and I never had a problem with dog hair and I had 3 dogs at that time! The dog hair and dirt from kids clothing from playing outside would stay in the washer. VERY HAPPY!

I am very happy with this washer! It literally cuts my washing in half (because of the capacity) and my clothes come out smelling so good.

NOT efficient and doesn't clean

My daughter bought the set in Oct 2012. She had a difficult pregnancy and she and two of her older kids have been sick for a month. i have stepped in doing the laundry. What a horrible washer! Good reviews are deceiving. . . and out of date

This Samsung washer has been a nightmare. As others have done, I followed the strong, positive reviews, only to experience problem after problem. Purchased in February 2012, and minimally used until July 2012, when everything began to fall apart. It had a defective clutch, a non-working motor haul sensor, a error of nf, which created a $400.00 water bill, and a defective main control board. All have been replaced, and guess what???? Does NOT clean my clothes

This washing machine is the worst appliance I have ever owned. I have tried everything to get it to clean my laundry. I have reduced the load size to less than half the tub, varied the amount of soap I use, tried different detergents. I now wash EVERY load on heavy duty with an extra rinse. Yet my clothes still come out with spots in them from the detergent or still soiled. This morning I took out a cotton shirt I had washed FOR THE 2ND TIME and it had a dry spot where the fabric had not even go...

Having problems

We have owned the machine for one year and are having a recurring problem. The machine will be in the middle of the spin cycle nearing the end of the wash and will stop and jump back up in time and start a rinse cycle. It does this over and over and never completes a wash and then the clothes are soaking wet and impossible to dry. Dealing with repairmen, and new parts and frustrated, just want a replacement and probably will not go with a computerized version.

This washer is very functional and quiet. Consumer Reports gave it an top pick. This was primary reason for picking this product. i am not unhappy with the choice. I would recoment this to anyone. the large load capacity is remarkable.

I was initially going to buy a front loader, but the salesperson said that this does the same job in half the time. Consumer Reports also gave it a great rating. This is a huge washer! Wouldn't even wash a load of sheets - clothes came out unwashed, the sheets were knotted, and this was a small load!

Dirt remains in washer

I live in a sandy area. If we've been to the beach or even done yard work I find the left over dirt in the bottom of the washer. as long as there is not anything like actual dirt on the laundry it come out perfectly clean. Having to clean dirt out of the bottom of the washer gets annoying.

I really like this washer. I saw it in a store and really liked alot of the features. I went online to read several reviews of the product before purchasing, and I saw that majority were well pleased with this washer. Well, add me to the list of well pleased individuals.

Not Bad - Unless your fun size.

Well this replaced a front loader, which did nothing but move every time it did a spin cycle. Cleans clothes well I also likes how it decides how much water it needs if you put in less it uses less water. only complaint is if your fun size/short I am tall Mom not so tall so if a wet sock is on the bottom you need tongs to reach it. Hate this washer!

I don't get how this washer has 4 1/2 stars. It does not wash well at all! Some items can come out dirtier than they went in due to the poor draining and rinsing. I am now spending more on washing additives in an attempt to get my clothes clean. I'm very disappointed, since I read the reviews before my purchase, and believed to be purchasing a well recommended product.

This Is Amazing!

Both my wife and I love this washer, it's easy to use and does an excellent job cleaning clothes! This is our first washer without an agitator. My wife loves the high spin cycle where the clothes come out almost dry. She also likes the gentle cycle for wool and delicates. We would highly recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a quality product. I am personally impressed with the quality of the engineering and of the components used in this machine. Great job Samsung!!!!
