Horrible Customer Service
Received a text saying my order was delivered. It contained a photo of someone else's front door. I called the customer service number and was told someone would contact me in 24 hours. 3 days later, no call. I called again and couldn't understand the obviously out-of-US person's accent. Called the store directly and was put on hold 25 minutes, then 15 minutes, and finally10 minutes without anyone picking up on three different calls. Will call Corporate tomorrow.
