Don't waste your time going to a store to touch this carpet (6.6 nylon, Pet Protect) they don't carry it. In store employees are clueless about the Stainmaster products and could care less. Will move on to the Mohawk Smartstrand brand. Big box stores are useless.

Would Not RecommendI paid for the company to remove tile and instal carpet. The glued the carpet to the tile and now its coming undone. When I called to have the job done right... what I paid for they refuse to come back out and make the changes. Now the carpet looks horrible and the installer is refusing to change it.

Beware carpet color problems not resolved by Lowes
Would Not RecommendThis carpet when pieced together can have color variations with obvious seam (photo attached). The day after installation I called Lowes to complain about a difference in the color of the carpet between two parts that were connected with a seam. I found out that Lowes hands off responsibility to the 3rd party installer and the manufacturer, Shaw, a Stainmaster affiliate.
