Manufactured Defects

Random Zig zag patterns in the carpet. Seems to be a manufactured defect. Shows up in multiple rooms. I’ve purchased for two different houses. In different years. Defect was present in both. Manufacture has to be aware of the defect by now and should recall the carpet.

The company used for installation is unreliable.

It took three tries for the installers to show up to measure and then they scheduled installation and did not show up that day either. After my experience I googled the company they use for installation and the reviews all said the same thing so this seems to be a regular occurrence. I ended up canceling my order and going somewhere else.
