Exchange should be an exception
The product is okay but when I purchased the wrong size the store would not let me exchange it for the right size. Even though it had been over the time frame I believe there should be an exception if you are just exchanging so you can use it. I will just have to throw away the product just because it’s too big for my weed eater. Makes no sense.
