We purchased LVP flooring from Lowe’s in 2022 and had it professionally installed by Kluge Bros. This is the contractor company that Lowe’s sent, we didn’t pick them. The flooring has been an absolute disaster. It is cracking, separating, buckling, and literally breaking apart throughout the entire first floor of our home. We love the color and feel of this flooring. We had this professionally installed throughout most of our home. We have called multiple times since due to scratches, peeling, chipping, and lifting. I'm very disappointed in the "warranty" and durability of this flooring as well as the lack of resolution.

defective Product

My SMARTCORE Glendale Pine flooring (Item #: 1035294), installed 16 months ago with Soft and Sound underlayment, has 17 peeling/chipping planks, confirmed by Lowe's Associate as a defect. This is a warranty issue, mirrored by other complaints. I need an immediate resolution

Terrible

We’ve had this flooring in our main living area for less than 5 years. We have the Glendale pine color, It is chipping and peeling apart in at least 40 different areas. Would not recommend to anyone

Very pleased with quality and installation!

We originally had this flooring installed in a bathroom by a contractor in 2018. We loved it and based on how well it's worn (bathroom is used every day) , we decided to DIY some other rooms. This is our tenth floor and by far it’s the easiest floor we have put down. Very good quality and it fit together well.

Warranty is not real don't waste your money on thi

Bought this most expensive Glendale Pine at Lowes because it was commercial quality and anti scratch with a warranty. It was just installed last month and as many other reviews state it takes nothing to scratch this. Because it is a darker color it shows it even worse. I contacted Lowes and they submitted the claim and were sure they would send someone to fix this brand new floor. scratches real easily

we bought this product because it said it was scratch resistant but after installation we keep finding scratches from moving furniture and appliances back into place. We were very careful when moving things back into place. the dark color really shows the scratches. also the floor is separating at the seams. not sure why. we will try to fix without having to pull the floor back up again.

Needs more cushion.

The floor looks great. It’s classy and elegant. The padding is not really enough for my liking. Feels like I’m standing on concrete. While additional padding was not required, ai strongly recommend it.

Love the color but the product does not hold up

I’ve had this in my house for a couple of years now. The color Glendale Pine is beautifully and have had many comments on the color. It was professionally installed and within the 1st month of installation I had bulking of the product in 2 different areas. My installer came out free of charge and removed and laid down new planks. I have now noticed bulking again and not only that I’ve had many spots where the lop layer of the vinyl has peeled off, luckily I saw this and glued the stripped pieces...

Great floor, very water resistant!

This is the second time purchasing this flooring and it has proven to be an excellent product. We initially installed it in our master bedroom over a concrete slab floor and the installation was quick and painless. The panels lock together nicely and stay attached as long as you take the time to align them properly.
