Would Not RecommendUsed maybe twice, went to do my yard and found black oil had leaked out of some part to stain concrete in garage. Called customer service and they said not to worry it's safe to use. Ended up hiring a lawn guy that summer so the thing has been unused/practically new still. Decided to start doing my own lawn again last month. Now battery won't hold a charge. Probably a total waste. Don't even know if it's worth giving away.

Disappointing
First, this trimmer is made for someone who is at least 6 feet tall. I am 5'2". It is extremely awkward to use and very tiring. Second, it is supposed to be a dual line trimmer. When I change the line, it starts out dual, but doesn't take long for one of the strings to break off and I end up struggling with only one string.

Best decision to switch.
I recently switched from Greenworks 60v line to the Skil 40v line. I had an issue with my Greenworks 60v polesaw and found that they no longer spared parts for the unit that was less than 5 years old. I decided right then to switch all my outdoor tools to Skil and will never look back. Anyone need a whole line of Greenworks 60v outdoor tools???

Would Not RecommendThis Trimmer is very heavy; it does not have a shoder strap. The battery does not last very long; I can only get 1/4 of my yard done on the charge and it takes over 30 mints to charge it back up.
