Would Recommendfirst off it's Rust-Olem Paint. it comes in a convenient spray can and dries pretty quickly. I was touching up the paint (and rust) on my bicycle hanger on the car. I sanded the metal, sprayed it with the paint, let it dry, touched up the paint a bit and added a second coat. Let it drive over night and it's back in service today. Exactly what I wanted.
