Would Not RecommendI bought 2- 3 gallon containers of Rust-Oleum Deck coat from Lowes. The paint specialist there mentioned nothing about priming the deck first. Like most people looking to paint their old pressure treated decks with something that’ll make it last a while longer and look good as well I bought into about $250 of this product. Smooth, fade resistant deck paint
Would RecommendThis deck coat covers well and applies smoothly. It did take about 3-4 days to fully cure before we could put the furniture back on the deck. The color section was great. It is fade resistant. We used this same deck coat brand on our deck before and it lasted us several years before this reapplication.

Patience needed when applying into the texture.
Would RecommendThe coating is nice and thick and it can be applied with a brush or with their special roller. Our concrete porch was covered with covered with this 11 years ago. After some minor scraping and crack repairs this covered very nicely and our steps and porch looks like new.
