Love Roku!
Roku Ultra really can't be beat for streaming. This is the 3rd one I've bought for home, for different tv's. I also bought one for a gift. We even use these on smart tv's - it's just easier and works better. I just can't say enough good things about Roku Ultra. One thing that would be nice though, would be to have a longer cable for charging the remote, or a wall charger for that.

I added 2 Roku ultras to my home. The setup was fast and easy. I was given immediate access to numerous streaming apps. Within an hour, everything was set and working. I now have more viewing options than cable at a savings of 65% per month compared to my old cable subscription!

The newest update ruined everything.
Would Not RecommendNothing works, and it is full of ads that cannot be removed. I have owned a Roku since the Roku 3. This new menu system is the worst yet. Everything is an ad, and nothing can be customized anymore. I might switch systems because this new menu system is so worthless. I no longer recommend Roku. Go back to the simple, easy-to-use menu system.

Love my Roku but the remote is slow on this one
Would Not RecommendRoku is my go-to on all my TVs. I bought the Ultra because I wanted the best features. All works as expected except for the remote. The buttons do not respond like my other Rokus. Very slow and often does not register the button press. Kinda difficult for someone like me who is constantly click thru videos. I like the rechargeable feature do I don’t have to replace batteries

Would RecommendI bought the ultra a few weeks ago.LG TV was having horrible delays both loading shows and from the remote. Several times throughout each day I will get kicked off because when it tried to switch from a show to a commercial it just crashed. Roku Ultra so much more versatile
Our old Roku just stopped working one day (don’t know what Roku series it was). Upgraded to the Ultra and we are very happy with it. The remote buttons light up when you pick it up, so very easy to use while watching tv at night with the lights out. Volume control on the side of the remote is so much better.
